Performing the top jazz hits of the 20th Century for wedding ceremonies and receptions in Birmingham, West Midlands and the surrounding areas, Junction 6 Jazz is a classy and sophisticated ensemble comprised of the finest performers. Led by members of the Musicians Union, these professionals are serious about their work and the commitments they make to their clients.

Services offered

Customarily this ensemble will play 45-minute sets during sit down meals such as dinner or the wedding breakfast as well as during the reception. Should a piano be absent from the venue, a keyboard can be provided for the accompaniment of the band.

These musicians work hard during rehearsal to create a top quality sound audiences will love. Playing contemporary renditions of popular classics is their forte, and the jazz repertoire they have on hand is varied and extensive, ensuring that all entertainment will be of the highest standard.

What is included in the wedding package?

We provide music for wedding receptions, meals and parties. The band will normally play two 45-minute sets, but this can be changed to suit the timing of the event. If there is no piano at the venue, the pianist can provide a keyboard free of charge

How far in advance should I contact you?

You can contact us any time before your event, but at least a week to a month in advance so that we can ensure our availability

What's your experience?

The musicians in Junction 6 Jazz are all graduates from the BMus Jazz Course at Birmingham Conservatoire, and are all expert players. The band members all have many years of experience in providing music for all occasions

Payment can be made by cheque, cash or bank transfer. Payment will be either in advance or on the day according to the details on the contract
