Keen Mobile DJ Services covers all your wedding DJ and entertainment needs in Worthing, West Sussex, and throughout Sussex, Surrey, and Hampshire. I will connect with you for a consultation to learn about your wedding vision and musical tastes. My catalogue spans everything from 1920s jazz to modern-day hits. I liaise with venues and suppliers to ensure events run smoothly. You and your guests can make requests throughout the night.

I always put my customers first. I achieve this by listening, being friendly and helpful, and going above and beyond. I've had the privilege of working with some fantastic people and feel honoured to have been part of their special day.

I'm proud to be an award-winning DJ, having been recognised by The Wedding Industry Excellence Awards, Hitched, and the International Wedding Awards. I'm also recommended as a DJ at Selden Barns, Southlands Barn, Brookfield Barn, Findon Manor, and Long Furlong Barn.

Make Your Wedding Yours

Let me show you some ways I can make your evening memorable, elegant and fun. I will listen to you and what you want for your wedding and play the right music for you and your guests. You can rest assured that you will be hiring a friendly, helpful and reliable professional DJ who goes above and beyond, as I am passionate about the success of your wedding. I welcome lots of communication, as nothing is too much. I will also take pictures and videos and send them to you throughout the evening.

The Music and You

I encourage couples to take notes when they hear a song that makes them smile or remember a time together. Part of the music at your wedding reception should tell a story, bring back memories, and be fun and make guests want to dance. We will discuss the music that you like, but just as important is learning what sort of music you dislike as this is just as important. I have a vast music database ranging from the 1920s to today's charts, and I ensure good sound quality by not relying on the Internet.

From Enquiry to The Big Day

Based on your enquiry, I will take some details to provide an initial quote. If accepted, I will send you an invoice and contract, and we can arrange an initial call or video chat. This allows us to get to know each other, to discuss your vision of your big day, your first dance, the theme, and your music tastes and me to gather practical information on your other suppliers and the running of the evening. I always recommend meeting at least one month before your wedding, either by video chat or in person. I will send you periodic emails so we can stay in contact. From the moment of booking, I welcome any questions, no matter how trivial you think it may be. I want to be part of making this the best day for you.

On the day, I will typically arrive 1 hour before and liaise with the wedding coordinator to start setting up and being ready to play music when your evening guests arrive. I will also see you and say hello if you need anything. When you are ready, I will announce the cutting of the cake and your first dance. I will continue to take requests throughout the evening, and the happy couple will be welcome behind the DJ booth to have some fun with the music.

Packages and Suppliers

I don't offer packages as I believe you are hiring my expertise, experience and knowledge of the industry. I would not want to push you to a higher or lower package than you need. I will use my knowledge and experience to ensure enough sound and lighting for your wedding reception and discuss their requirements directly with your venue ahead of the big day.

I will also speak to your photographer to see what lighting they do and don't want for your first dance; after all, you pay a lot of money for these pictures. If you're not sure who to hire, I have a number of suppliers that I am happy to recommend, from caterers to videographers, all of whom I have worked with before.

Become the DJ

Why not make your wedding more special and become the DJ? You can both send me 3 songs each before the wedding. I will pre-mix the music, and then on the night, you can come behind the DJ booth and look like you are DJ'ing. It's a great photo opportunity and a fantastic memory for both you and your guests.

Those little extras

I do not charge any extra for the little additions I can also offer:

  • LED foam sticks
  • Dry Ice Machine (depending on the venue)
  • Help with the Ceremony and Wedding Breakfast music

I can help you with wedding recommendations, from videography and photography companies to live bands and photo booth suppliers.
