Late Last Night
Late Last Night play classic cover songs as you’ve never heard them before. Reworking the hits with the passion and excitement of an originals band, they offer a unique approach to your wedding entertainment music needs in a world where many bands sound and look the same.
The band works with you to create bespoke packages with the perfect song choice and flow to the evening to keep audiences entertained into the late hours. This is done through:
- Selecting appropriate songs from their extensive repertoire
- Using their abilty to quickly learn songs you request in advance
- Being a trio, they can adapt to fit almost any audience type, venue size and client request
Many bigger bands with rotating line ups have to stick rigidly to their planned sets. Late Last Night are a consistent trio that can adapt on the spot to your guests, even changing their setlists midperformance if they feel your audience needs something different than planned.
As well as their electric live show, all their full packages include the following extras:
- Learning 2 special songs of your choice (first dances, family songs eg Irish or Jewish songs)
- Playlist DJing until midnight
- Bespoke set lists tailored to your musical tastes whilst still catering to all your guests
- Master of Ceremonies service - Announcements, cake cutting, hosting etc
- Pre-event organisation - We will work with you and the venue to organise timings to ensure a smooth flowing party vibe
And you can opt to add on:
- Daytime acoustic/live lounge style performances
- Ceremony performances
- Additional musicians
- Full DJ service for later curfews and longer DJ sets
Is a trio is too small? After a bigger spectacle? Late Last Night often extend their line up with additional singers, keyboard players, percussionist, Sax players, horn sections and more using the band's well-established links to the North West's musicians network.

2 x 45min (but also have rates for 2 x 1 hour and 3 x 45min)
Can provide live music for afternoon drinks reception and wedding ceremony

We require at least and hour before and after the event to set up equipment not including loading in time

What are the forms of payment?
- 10% of the total fee and a signed and completed contract is required to confirm booking.
- Payment is required 7 days before the event via bank transfer

The perfect soundtrack to a stylish house-party style wedding in Didsbury
We booked Late Last Night for our wedding in May, and we're so glad we did! From start to finish, they were absolutely fantastic. Bringing the music and the vibes to our stylish, house-party-style wedding in Didsbury.
Firstly, they respected our music preferences perfectly. I provided them with a list of cliché songs that I didn't want to hear at the wedding, and they honoured my request without a hitch. It was a relief to enjoy a night of music tailored to our tastes without any unwanted surprises.
Their performance was outstanding. The dance floor was packed all night, with even our more reserved relatives joining in. Their energy and talent shone through and they provided DJ sets between live sets, which seamlessly kept the vibe going without any lulls.
We had the chance to see them play live in Manchester before our wedding, and it was a wonderful preview of what was to come. The atmosphere they created was electric, and it reassured us that we had made the right choice.
The booking process was smooth and hassle-free. They were professional and accommodating from the get-go. They were already familiar with our first dance song, so instead, I asked them to learn a special song for my dance with my dad, which they did beautifully. Their repertoire is impressively wide, and they were able to cater to all our musical needs effortlessly.
We can't recommend them enough for any event!

Insane atmosphere
Late Last Night (featuring Alice) were absolutely incredible. Our experience from start to finish was so easy and effortless. The booking process was simple and straight forward, Neil kept us informed every step of the way and answered any questions.
The actual night of the wedding was insane! The vibe again from start to finish was everything we could have dreamed of. The energy, atmosphere and performance was incredible! All the guests commented on how fantastic everybody was. The dance floor was never empty, which is a testament to the band. We couldn’t have wished for a better bad to play on our special day. We can’t stop re playing the videos! Another huge thank you! You won’t be disappointed!! Thank you so much once again ❤️

A first dance we will never forget!
We don’t know where to start. Late Last Night were amazing from when we first contacted them right through to our wedding day. We knew as soon as we saw them performing live in Altrincham that they were the band for us. They learnt two songs for our day that they hadn’t heard of before and their versions were incredible. Everyone said how great they were and we danced right through until the end. We can’t recommend Mike, Shane and Neil enough! Thank you for an amazing night!

Perfect band for setting a great atmosphere
I was thrilled to have late last night as my wedding band. Having seen them at a wedding previously and being really impressed I booked them for mine in July 2023.
They started their sets during the wedding breakfast and created such a buzz. Carrying on into the evening they were fantastic. We had many comments on what a great set they put on. They were also so great to deal with and really helped with our choice of music and gave some great advice. Thank you

The best wedding band!
Late Last Night played at our wedding last month and were amazing! They had a brilliant variety of music, got everyone up dancing and were more than happy to play our song requests. The band were so helpful in the run up to the wedding too! Thank you for making our day so special, all our guests have raved about you since!

They rocked hard!
From one musician to another, they were perfect and flawless. The transitions between songs, one classic into another, was incredible and the dance floor definitely felt it. They were very accommodating and played any songs we requested. They brought the Metal!🤘

Not just a wedding band!
We first met Late Laat Night at a wedding fair and started chatting between sets. They already knew one of the songs we were considering for our first dance and they played it in their next set. We pretty much decided there and then to book them. Between then and our wedding, we’ve watched them play numerous times in various venues around Manchester. The band would always come over and say hi and have a quick chat. My now husband and I have always had a joke about Common People by Pulp and he’d written a verse for our first Christmas together and dubbed it as ‘Northern People’. As a surprise, he’d emailed Shane with the idea and wrote out a full song. Shane, Neil and Mike then worked the lyrics to fit the music and then played it as a surprise for our wedding.
Every single guest said how amazing the band were and the venue had said how other guests at the hotel were stopping as they walked past our room to listen.
The dance floor was full all night which was exactly what we wanted. Shane, Mike and Neil were really accommodating with our requests and kept in touch throughout the whole process. They helped to create a fantastic atmosphere and helped the evening become even more special. We wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them and can’t wait to see them play live again. You should go and see them if you get the chance- the gigs are updated on their website and we’re always checking it!

Brilliant wedding band - kept the party going!
Late Last Night were amazing at our wedding. We gave them an idea of our music tastes and they chose a really great set list, which they played brilliantly. We were particularly impressed by their rendition of our first dance song, which was probably better than the original. We really appreciated how they liaised with the venue to organise everything so we didn't need to think too much about the logistics. They also brought a positive and smiley energy.
