What is included in the wedding package?
Our standard package includes a set from 8-12 with a break during the buffet, full pa and lighting, travel and the band learning your first dance song request
How far in advance should I contact you?
Most couples book 1-3 years ahead. We can only play one wedding on each date, don't take multiple bookings, so when a date has gone, it's gone. Currently we have weddings booked up to 2028

Repertoire:
Each year we play 100 weddings, and each wedding roughly has 3 song requests, so we know roughly 2000 songs. Everything is up tempo, and familiar and great for keeping your dance floor jam packed
Is it possible to request something that's not in the repertoire?
Yes, we are more than happy to learn your first dance and some other song requests
What's your experience?
The band formed while studying Applied Music together at University of Strathclyde. That was in 2012 and over the last 12 years we have played just over 1000 weddings, events & celebrity parties

Yes, most of our weddings are in Scotland, however we are available to travel all over the UK and Europe
Is there a charge for travelling?
Yes, travel costs are calculated depending on milage from Glasgow
Do you cover more than one wedding a day?
No
Do you work alone or do you have a team of professionals?
With a team
What is the length of time of the act?
Timings are flexible, however the standard package is 7pm arrival and set up, live performance 8pm to midnight with break during the buffet. Optional DJ can be added for midnight to 1am
How much time do you need to prepare for an act?
First dances are usually submitted a month before the wedding to allow us time to chart up new song requests

How do you charge extra time?
DJ set from midnight to 1am is an additional charge but can be included in any quote on request

Everyone was raving about Little Red!
Little Red were absolutely fantastic and kept the ceilidh and the dancing going all night. Everyone was raving about them and didn’t want them to stop at midnight! Alongside that they were all absolutely lovely people and such professionals.

Dancefloor filled all night
Little Red played our wedding at Balbirnie House on 31st August and kept the dancefloor filled all night. They even had to guide a bunch of English folk with two left feet through some ceilidh dances but they were up to the challenge. We were delighted that they even threw in some recent songs, keeping the set list fresh and exciting. I couldn’t recommend Little Red highly enough.

Absolutely Incredible!
We just wanted to say the BIGGEST thank you for performing on Saturday 15th April at our wedding. You were all just absolutely incredible and you made the night even more special for all of us.
One of our guests said you were the ‘best band she’s ever heard at a wedding’ and we are definitely with her on that one!

Absolutely amazing from start to finish!
I just wanted to thank you all so much for being absolutely amazing from start to finish! We were a little nervous when picking our first dance song especially because we chose a cover of the original version, and wow you absolutely nailed it! Honestly it was exactly like the cover 🥰! Everyone was amazed how we took a gamble booking yourselves without actually hearing you in person. But what a gamble you were absolutely amazing and guest are still raving about you all these weeks later. Thank you again Mr and Mrs Millar

Party vibes!
We loved this band at our wedding! We had a few requests that they absolutely nailed- including our first dance- a little mashup to start the party. They really knew how to keep the dance floor packing and the party vibes going! So many people commented on how great they were and we definitely agree! Thanks for a wonderful evening!! Cheers!

An amazing night of bangers!
To the whole Little Red team, thank you for an amazing night of bangers! You're all so brilliant and kept the party in full swing all night. Her voice was amazing, and we also have to mention the Crazy in Love rap! The Ceilidh was fantastic, even if I spent more time trying not to stand on my wife's dress than thinking about my footwork! We thought it was a great atmosphere, and our guests had a brilliant time. Thank you for keeping the dancefloor busy all night.

The Best Band Ever!!!
We had Little Red at our wedding on the 17th August 2024 at the Robert Burns Museum and they were absolutely incredible! The dance floor was full the whole night and everyone kept commenting on the night, and since, how amazing the band are. We loved every moment and are so so happy we booked them! Not to mention, they absolutely nailed our first dance song!
