No Strings Attached are a fun and exciting wedding and party band, with over 10 years experience playing across the South and beyond. Playing hits from the 60s, 70s, 80s, 90s, 00s and today they have something for everyone so you're guaranteed a filled dancefloor!

Service offered

We want to work with you to tailor our performances to your event. A standard night would usually include 3 sets from the band, playing a wide variety of songs. We are also happy to add in any special requests you may have, may it be a First Dance number or anything at all; in the past we've had drumming brides, singing grooms and even dressed as Superheroes.

Other services

Alongside our live performances we can offer a free DJ playlist to fill in between our sets and also provide our own stage lighting, both at addtional cost

What is included in the wedding package?

Up to 3 hours of live music form the band spread out in anyway to fill your evening. Alongside this the band supply a free DJ service and lighting, to fill in gaps in between their performances

How far in advance should I contact you?

We recommend booking around 6 months in advance but can be booked last minute if available

Is there a charge for travelling?

Yes, on journeys over 45 mins from Basingstoke we charge travel expenses at a rate of £20/hour/vehicle. based on 3 vehicles. For journeys over 2.5 hours we will also need to add accommodation

Do you cover more than one wedding a day?

No

What is the length of time of the act?

Our sets can be divided up in anyway to fill your evening, Below is an example of how this might look: 7:45pm - Band Set 1 8:30pm - DJ 9:15pm - Band Set 2 10pm - DJ 10:45pm - 12 Band Set 3

How much time do you need to prepare for an act?

The band ask for 90 minutes to arrive, set-up, and soundcheck before a performance. Although we have in the past done it in under 60 minutes

Do you do open-air acts?

Yes

Do you charge per hour or per event?

Per event

If needed, would you be able to work extra hours?

Yes

How do you charge extra time?

The band charge additonal fees for early set-ups (before 6pm), and for late performances (past midnight)

The band except payment by cash or BACS

Thank you for being great

The band were perfect. Played songs to suit everyone's taste and even learnt our special first dance song. Thank you again for a brilliant night.

Great Band!

Great band, enjoyed by all

I booked No Strings Attached for my wife’s 60th birthday party and I have to say she was really impressed with the performance. I gave Nick a list of songs that she liked and the band played several of them. Nick also ran the disco between the band’s sets. A great evening with a great band enjoyed by all

We were extremely pleased with No Strings Attached after hiring them for our wedding reception. The band went down a storm and many of the guests commented how good they were. The band was extremely accommodating when we suggested a few songs and even learned a couple of new ones to play on the night. The communication and personal touch was far superior to many of the bands we spoke to as you were dealing with the band themselves.
We would recommendation their services to anyone.

They were a great band for our wedding. They played all the classics including our first dance. They also came across in a professional manner. They were happy to accommodate the venue's restrictions and noise limits. The personal touch was excellent and they asked us about our colour scheme and came suitably attired.
