For over 15 years, this talented team has travelled across the country and overseas to create swoon-worthy experiences for couples and their loved ones. Owners Ross and Charlene have earned ongoing contracts with local venues, including Colchester United, Raddison Blu Hotel Stansted, and The Dorchester Hotel in London. Their team offer not only bespoke playlists and DJs but also photo booths, magic mirrors, dance floors, light-up letters, and more. However you choose to celebrate your beautiful milestone, this team is your one-stop shop for making it unforgettable.
Ross has been a DJ for over 16 years and has played for Celebrites including Kylie Minougue and Tom Hanks. You really are in safe hands when choosing Ross and his team.

We have various DJ Packages to choose from, they can include Photo booths, Magic Mirrors, Dance Floors and mood lighting.
We will create a customised wedding production package to suit you needs

We do get very booked up. Please contact us as soon as possible. We book 3 years in advance

What is the length of time of the act?
Our normal DJ package includes running times from 7:00pm until Midnight. If you require an early setup during the day with music during the wedding breakfast there is an additional cost to pay

We loved it!
We had RCT entertainment providing a photo booth and DJ for our recent wedding and found the whole experience to be perfect and very professional. Ross, our dj was fantastic from queuing up the songs for our cake cutting and first dance, to getting everyone up dancing throughout the night - the online portal that allows you to pick the songs in advance is a great touch!
Everyone enjoyed the photo booth and it was really nice to receive a guestbook of all the pictures our guest had taken throughout the night.

Best Night Ever! They brought the Nightclub to us!
These guys are simply amazing! I booked pretty much everything they had to offer. Their team came in and transformed the venue in a massive nightclub, which is what we wanted and imagined. Drapes, massive sound system and amazing light show. If you want your Wedding to have the best atmosphere then look no where else. It wasn't cheap, but they were worth every penny! Our guests we talking about it round the breakfast table the following morning. Ross and his hard working team and simply the best!! Thank you so much xx

Ross Was Amazing! Best Wedding DJ EVER!!
I booked Ross and RCT Entertainment & Events for my wedding at Sopwell House. What RCT created was truly magical. White DJ setup, White Starlit floor, White Love Letters, modd lighting and magic mirror.
The booking process was easy! Ross and his wife Charlene really love what they do and they have become friends. Their attention to detail and keeping us informed was top notch!
Ross is such a good DJ, i was recommended him from a friend. You can tell he has done this all of his adult life. The Mr & Mrs game went down a treat and having our guest involved was so funny, really broke the ice and got everyone up on the dance floor straight away.
If you want something special and a night to remember don't book anyone else! Book RCT Entertainment & Events and ask for Ross as your DJ!

Ross and Charlene should be really proud of the company they have built together. Their attention to detail is second to none. Very personal service, who deal with you on a one to one basis. Spent over an hour on the phone chatting away.
We went all out and booked most things with RCT. We booked the All white DJ package with white starlit dance floor and Mr & Mrs signs. The venue looked incredible when all the up lighters were on. We also had the Retro Selfie Pod which was a really hit with our guests.
Ross was our DJ on the day and what he doesn't know about music and keeping a crowd entertained is unreal. We danced all night and the atmosphere was great with all our guests commenting about how good the DJ was. We also had some confetti cannons for our first dance which were great.
I can't recommend RCT Entertainment and Events enough and Ross is the DJ for any Wedding.
I want to do it all over again!

Great DJ, Setup was perfect!
We booked Ross and RCT Entertainment & Events for our wedding in Chelmsford last night.
Ross was just what we wanted, smart, polite and his music flowed all night,all our guests requests we played and the dance floor was packed.
The booking process was easy and the online portal is great for planning and making payments.

You made our day! i cant thank you enough
I can't thank Charlene and Ross enough for everything they have organised for our wedding. Having everything from one company was just so much easier than booking from various different companies.
The booking process was faultless, no pushy sale, just simply "What are you looking for?" Charlene and Ross both took on board what we were after and came back with an amazing package. We booked Ross to DJ with the mobile nightclub setup as we are really into our music, accompanied by a magic mirror, starlit dance floor, lighting and Love letters. The night was fantastic and the atmosphere was electric! It literally felt like a nightclub and all our guest commented how good it was.
I honestly can't fault this company. They are 10 out of 10 excellent.

Wow! You can tell Ross has been a DJ for all the Celebrities. We had over 250 guest at our wedding and wanted to create a winter wonderland theme.
We decided to book the white package which included Disco, Photo Booth, White starlit dance floor and mood lighting. We also added the spark machines which made our first dance spectacular.
Charlene his lovely wife, came and chatted to us at our house, which was a really nice personal touch and she wasn't pushy at all. She listened to what we wanted, told us what she can offer us and we chose.
The process was easy,communication was great from booking right through to the day. I can't recommend them enough.
Don't look anywhere else, just talk to them and they will deliver.

Amazing! So Glad i booked! Everything was Perfect!
We booked RCT Entertainment & Events because of Ross. Ross was consultative, friendly and did not try to 'oversell' us on capabilities or packages. He listened and made 2x site visits ahead of time to help us ascertain what we needed for several requirements. Our wedding and reception took place on separate days and Ross. On the reception day, overall this went very well. The lighting set up and staging was fantastic, and the LED dance floor. The team were able to navigate and support any challenges on the day to the best of their abilities. Ross supported the team throughout the entire event including supporting the set up of a live band and their sound plus taking over for a live DJ set in the evening. The team worked very hard and were incredibly supportive. RCT Entertainment were not just our DJs but our entire events partner and it is by no hesitation that we recommend them for your events. Ross had everyone dancing all night long!
We couldn’t have asked for a better DJ! He read the crowd all night and the dance floor was packed all night long! All our requests were played which we uploaded to the portal. Me and my husband spent a few night drinking wine before the wedding creating some of our playlist.

Amazing! The room was transformed! Our guests couldn't stop talking about it
I was recommended Ross and Charlene from a friend of ours. We wanted to use a local company and being a family business, they really have a personal approach.
Charlene came to see us at our house to discuss our evening entertainment. I was amazed at the contrast of equipment and services they offer.
After a couple of coffee's we decided to book the Platinum Disco package, Starlit dance floor, Mr & Mrs signs, mood light and spark machines for the first dance. Everything was so easy, we were sent the booking confirmation and everything was booked in via email. We received a phone call 7 days before the wedding from Ross the DJ to discuss our playlist we created via their online portal, which is an amazing feature.
Ross was amazing on the night, not only does he look the part, but his music and presence on the microphone is amazing! He has everyone up on the dance floor all night.
I am so glad i chose RCT Entertainment & Events, i would recommend them to everyone. You wedding reception will be transformed and the atmosphere becomes electric!
