  Absolutely brilliant band that had the dance floor rocking all night at our wedding!

  We had the pleasure of welcoming Heatwave, one of Anthem's amazing bands, to our wedding this month, and boy are we glad we did! We chose their 6-piece line up, and they had the dance floor rocking all night! The musicians are top-notch, their play list was fantastic, full of crowd pleasing favourites, and everyone has been talking non-stop about how brilliant the band was. Their advance A/V package meant that some of the musicians were able to come on to the floor and party with us which made the party so much more fun! They know just how to get the floor full and keep it that way, and their music was just fantastic. We are overjoyed with our choice and thoroughly recommend Heatwave for your event!

  Book these guys omg

  Hands down the best function band I've ever had the joy to experience. A guaranteed good time for any wedding/event. Exciting, modern funk arrangements, charismatic band members, and a truly incredible vocalist (with a killer range!?) - got *everyone* flocking to the dance floor, from my best pals (25-30s) and 16yr old cousins to aunties and 82 year old grandparents! As someone who's worked on this scene myself, this was the most important element of my wedding day, and they were SO reasonably priced for what we got: Just the right level of interactive - hyping up the crowd, complete with a fun 'dance off' at the end of the night. The musicians come into the audience to do brilliant solos, and it makes the whole thing feel way more than just a music set. It's a unique, entertaining section of the evening that engages everyone. Adam (the person I communicated with in the lead up to the day itself) was very responsive, professional, clear, and enthusiastic - sent all the info we could have needed. We got the package with extra lighting, which made the set up look STUNNING and super pro. Their set list is like, three pages long (option wise) with brilliantly varied songs - funk and pop skewing - and they play your first dance live, segueing straight into party time and inviting your guests onto the dance floor, which makes for a really slick evening. They also get you to send them a playlist, and dj in-between their sets, meaning that you're never having to worry about the music (which, as a bride, meant I could focus on my guests and actually enjoying that portion of the evening). I really really can't recommend these guys enough.

  Would Recommend In A Heartbeat!

  We had Anthem as our wedding band and they were just brilliant. We had a 6 piece, which included a Sax & it was everything we wanted. They requested, learnt & performed our first dance perfectly and absolutely nailed the set list to keep everyone dancing across the 2 sets. The team were fab and made it so easy for us, would recommend in a heartbeat!

  100% Would Recommend!

  Anthem were the best band we could have asked for at our wedding. The dance floor was always full and everyone loved the music. The band came into the crowd and started a great bride and groom dance off! 100% would recommend. They also made a fantastic reel which shows the amazing atmosphere the band created! I couldn’t recommend Anthem enough, they helped make our day incredible and they struck the right balance between interacting with the crowd and performing on the stage. Although be warned, the bride and groom may end up having a dance off! Whilst we aren’t natural performers, it created some life-long memories for us and the guests and was truly a lot of fun.

  Pure Party Magic!

  Anthem were just pure party magic at our wedding in May! They had all our guests up and dancing no matter their age and the party was going all night long thanks to their high energy and great performance. We loved that they got in amongst the party and got everyone involved from conga lines to dance battles. We found anthem to have a great set list and they were very flexible in accommodating our song requests, even learning our first dance song too. Anthem had great communication from start to finish, putting our mind at ease and no question was too much to answer. Their production was second to none, with the lighting and sound packages being easy to understand and it looked brilliant! We would absolutely recommend Anthem to anyone wanting a fab party and great music!

  What A Fantastic Band

  Anthem Function Band were incredible at our wedding at the end of August! We booked an acoustic duo set during our reception, and guests have told us how much they enjoyed this, before the 6-piece band's amazing double set for the evening! They were really adaptive in advance when we asked if they could play a different song than on their set lists for my wife's dance with her father, and again, we have had so many guests tell us what a fantastic band they were. Their ability to play 80s and 90s song with so much energy, all the way through to more modern pop music was brilliant. They were also really interactive with the party, moving through the dancing, playing games, and overall we could not recommend them highly enough.

  Exceeded All Expectations!

  Anthem played at our wedding at the weekend and they were absolutely brilliant. They exceeded all of our expectations. Professional from the very outset. Whilst they were playing the dance floor was packed. We would highly recommend them!

  The perfect wedding band

  We had Anthem as our wedding band in March 2024 as a 6 piece set, including a saxophonist. We were truly blown away by how amazing they were and had comments from so many guests saying how much fun they had, and how great the band were. The vocals from the lead-singer were amazing and we couldn’t believe her range and varied repertoire, to the talent from the musicians, it was the perfect band. We genuinely couldn’t believe how much people were dancing and the how full the dance floor was all night, including people who are usually found hiding away in the corner at weddings! Thank you again Anthem!

  If you want a spectacular party look no further. An incredible band, tailored to your needs. The atmosphere created through lighting, crowd interaction and brilliant music was indescribable. The services provided made our wedding day memorable for all the right reasons. Everyone was dancing all night long and it truly was amazing.
