Amazing experience

Emily was incredible from the first message, fantastically responsive & so helpful throughout the entire experience. She transformed our wedding ceremony & wedding breakfast into the most magical event - we couldn’t have asked for more!

Such a talent and pleasure to work with

Emily is such a fantastic person, planning our wedding wasn't easy but every single bit of communication with Emily put me at ease, it felt like I was speaking with one of my best friends, she is so friendly, approachable and professional.
I was lucky enough to see Emily perform on my hen do and she made the effort to come and meet me and it felt like I had known her years.
Our wedding ceremony was beautifully complimented by Emily's pure talent - we asked her to perform an upbeat Pitbull song for our exit and this was delivered so effortlessly and all our guests were raving about how great she was!
We will forever be grateful for working with such a wonderful person! Thank you again from Mr & Mrs Elder x

Awful and a complete disappointment

Made her own error on her contracts and invoices (months before the event on booking - more than 6 months!) then just before our event blamed us, forced us to pay for her error. We ended up having to pay extra on top of the stress the week of our wedding events beginning and THEN AFTER THIS .... she decided to withdraw leaving us high and dry. Significant amount of anxiety with an absolute lack of care about the distress caused by her. Would not trust or recommend at all! Horrible experience and absolutely shattering for us, particularly when this was a surprise for my mum who was admitted the same week into hospital. No sense of remorse or reflection on how she has made us feel, ESPECIALLY the impact and toll on us. DEVASTATED!

Thank you for your feedback. However, I must take issue with its content as I do not feel it represents a fair reflection of what transpired. I was completely open and honest about the error at every step of the process and I regard 100% transparency as one of the cornerstones of my business.

There was a human error made on my part of one digit when creating the invoice, which made the booking suddenly appear £100 cheaper than agreed in writing prior to drawing this contract up. I completely admit that it was a while before I realised that this error had been made. However, we had agreed the price in writing before I produced the invoice,...

Outstanding violinist

Thank you for attending our daughter Hayley's wedding to Jordon at the Shropshire - you are amazing. You performed wonderfully throughout the day and ook time out with our own budding violinist and gave her confidence to perform alongside you
The tears flowed when you started to play her wedding song and she started the journey down the aisle. Bride, groom, flower girl, guests all teary - so amazing and wonderful

Fantastic communication and the best atmosphere

From the beginning Emily was amazing, from submitting our initial enquiry she responded promptly and did so ever since! Emily and colleagues played during our reception drinks, guests loved the music and it created the perfect backdrop/atmosphere!

We cannot thank you enough for helping make our wedding day so perfect and everything we'd imagined. I would highly recommend Emily!!

Beautiful atmospheric violinist

Emily was a wonderful supplier to work with; she communicated with us efficiently and made our wedding at Askham Hall in Penrith more personal and created a beautiful, joyful atmosphere with her music.

Not a dry eye during our ceremony

I reached out to Emily a year before our ceremony for an initial quote and I am SO glad we booked her. The wedding would not have been the same without her, there wasn’t a dry eye during our ceremony (she even had all the groomsmen crying). So easy to communicate with and would recommend her to anyone! Thank you so much Emily, you made it even more magical! X

Yorkshire Violinist

From the first time getting in touch with Emily she was always so helpful,professional and happy to advise/help with ideas for the music for our wedding. I couldn't decide on a couple of songs so she helped with this and provided us with a huge repertoire list which blew us away.

I loved the fact she let the groom choose a song just for him (Stone Roses - I wanna be adored) and that's the song I have remembered since just before my entrance. My twin boys have since listened to this track a lot!

I heard the music whilst I was getting ready in the bridal suite and the photographer and make up artist noted...

I can't honestly recommend the YV enough,such a lovely,approachable and hugely talented artist and Emily really gave our wedding the wow factor. If money was no object I would have hired her for the full day as we both could have happily listened all day.

Don't hesitate to book,you won't regret it.
