From the first contact through to the big day itself, he will give you advice and attention to detail to ensure your party is perfect.

Services Offered

Once you book Steve Briers Disco Roadshow, Steve will be in touch with your venue to make all the arrangements. He provides music and a PA system for the ceremony, wedding breakfast, speeches, and evening reception. The uplighting hire comes with mood lighting that will create a dramatic effect and can be tailored with your wedding's colour scheme. Steve customises every order to your preferences and will give you an incredible light show and music selection that makes your special day unforgettable.

How far in advance should I contact you?

Anytime is good. If the date is available, the date is yours on receipt of deposit, whether it is tomorrow, or in 3 years time

With over 40 years of experience in the entertainment industry & my extensive musical knowledge I am able to move seamlessly from one genre to another to enhance your event & create the atmosphere

Yes

Do you need specific materials or conditions to offer your service?

Yes, i require a minimum area of 3 yards wide by 2 yards deep to set up my equipment

Can you travel?

Yes, anywhere in South Wales, & beyond, eg Tenby, Haverfordwest, Swansea, Carmarthen, Saundersfoot, Cardigan, Narberth, Manorbier, Llanelli, Aberystwyth, Fishguard, Brecon, Pembroke, Cardiff etc

Is there a charge for travelling?

Yes, depends on how far I am required to travel, so this would be by discussion with the client, but roughly, over 90 miles, overnight accomodation required & £50-£150 travelling

Do you cover more than one wedding a day?

Do you work alone or do you have a team of professionals?

Alone

What is the length of time of the act?

Price for up to 5 hours playing time, from, say, 7pm til 12 midnight, then chargeable @ £30 per half hour over the 5 hours if required, but usually this is more than enough. Your choice though

How much time do you need to prepare for an act?

I will need up to 1.5 hours from when I can access the venue and start setting up my equipment after the area has been cleared from the Wedding Breakfast. Your ceremony time etc. may influence this

Yes

Do you charge per hour or per event?

Per event

If needed, would you be able to work extra hours?

Yes

How do you charge extra time?

I charge for up to 5 hours playing time, then £30 per half hour over the 5 hours

What are the forms of payment?

BACS Bank Transfer (Bank details provided for deposit and balance on confirmation of booking)
