Sync ‘N’ Spin was set up by drummer and session musician Alex Shad, who has been working professionally in the music industry for 15 years.
Alex has played events ranging from Glastonbury and Boomtown festivals to accompanying the likes of Chris Rock and Jason Manford at The Comedy Store and Flackstock
His talents have taken him around the world and into numerous cultures and communities, including performing live in Trafalgar Square for London Pride and joining Amy Winehouse’s original band to honour her with renditions of her biggest hits.
Alex has also graced TV screens across the globe, with features on Netflix’s The Crown and CBBC’s Saturday Morning Mashup, and has been fortunate enough to record at the prestigious Abbey Road and RAK studios.
Combining his passion for playing drums with his band leadership skills and technical abilities was an obvious next step for him, and he now strives to be recognised and hired as an independent act in his own right.
