The Cherry Beats is a Newport-based quintet consisting of top-class musicians who extend their services across South Wales and the West of England. The highly experienced members of The Cherry Beats can provide the perfect music no matter what the occasion is, be it a birthday party, charity event, corporate function, club night or your upcoming wedding celebration.

Services offered

The Cherry Beats comprises musically skilled young gentlemen who will ensure that your wedding celebration is fantastic and that your guests have the time of their lives by thoroughly entertaining them with the best of pop, soul, and rock ‘n’ roll from the ‘50s to the ‘80s. They will play two sets of 45 minutes each, creating a lively ambience at your wedding.

The Cherry Beats will be more than happy to learn a song for your first dance, provided that you request them at least three months in advance so that they can perfect your special song.

What is included in the wedding package?

2 x 45/60 minute sets of live 50s to modern day music. Longer sets can be negotiated if required

How far in advance should I contact you?

Anything from 2 years to 2 weeks. But the sooner the better to avoid disappointment as Saturday's get snapped up quickly

They have been playing together as The Cherry Beats since 2009 and all 5 members have years of experience in previous bands
