What is included in the wedding package?
Four piece band, with optional add ons. We provide 2 hours of live music for your event, and Dj Music before, in between and after sets. Lights and full sound system included
How far in advance should I contact you?
On average three months in advance, however we are a new band full of experienced musicians, so after launching this year, we still have a few dates available for any closer or short notice events

Is it possible to request something that's not in the repertoire?
Yes, absolutely. We usually recommend no more then 3-4 requests as we have selected songs that work well on filling the dance-floor and catering to everyone based from our experience
What's your experience?
As a band, we launched in January 2023. However each musician in the band has at least 10 years of performance experience with other bands or on other agencies before we got together
Do you have your own equipment?
Yes
Do you need specific materials or conditions to offer your service?
Yes, power source of at least 2-4 plug sockets, and enough space ideally of 8 by 12 ft or 8 by 8ft at least
Can you travel?
Yes, willing to travel anywhere, we cover a large area of the UK, but mainly the West and East midlands, and a little further south as far as London
Is there a charge for travelling?
Yes, we include cost of fuel in quote for any gigs further than 35 miles our from our centre point of NN14, this can vary a lot depending on circumstances, but on average we charge 30p a mile
Do you cover more than one wedding a day?
No
Do you work alone or do you have a team of professionals?
Alone
What is the length of time of the act?
We set up from 5:30pm or 1 to 2 hours before evening guests arrive or from when you'd like background music. We perform two 1 hour sets live providing DJ the rest of the time up to 12am
How much time do you need to prepare for an act?
1 and a half hours ideally
Do you do open-air acts?
Yes
Do you charge per hour or per event?
Per event
If needed, would you be able to work extra hours?
Yes
How do you charge extra time?
We charge £40 for every hour before a 5:30 pm arrival (Early start/set up) and £60 for every hour after midnight if performing or DJ. We don't charge for packing down if we finish the event at 12am

Wedding entertainment
The Party Beats went above and beyond for our special day! We were lucky enough to be able to have them perform an acoustic set during the afternoon and then a full band into the evening. They performed our first dance live which was magical. The dance floor was packed all evening and we could not have asked for anything more. If you want that added magic to your special event then the Party Beats are the perfect choice! We will definitely be calling upon them again in the future!

The Party Beats- July Wedding
They were amazing! Such an atmosphere! ❤️❤️ the band has managed to keep me dancing the entire time. They were very easy to communicate with and very accommodating. They have played our first dance song on a short notice and they have done a brilliant job for the whole night. Definitely recommend and hope they will make everyone’s day as special as mine!
