The gold standard in live entertainment, The Shimmer Tones team cares deeply about their clients and prides itself on delivering an unforgettable experience. Your package will include two 60-minute sets of live music, a PA system for speeches, stage lighting, and a DJ and custom playlist. How far in advance should I contact you?

The more notice we receive, the more likely you are to secure your date with us. We are currently booking dates 2- 3 years in advance, so the earlier you contact us the better

Is it possible to request something that's not in the repertoire?

Of course! We love learning new songs and would be happy to learn material not currently in our repertoire. We only ask we are given sufficient notice to learn it to the highest standard

The Shimmer Tones are professional musicians with over two decades of performance experience in our ranks. Between us, we have covered everything from musical theatre to cruise ships

Do you have your own equipment?

Yes

Do you need specific materials or conditions to offer your service?

Yes, at least 2 x power outlets at the venue for our equipment. A stage is always preferred, but if this cannot be supplied all we require is a level covered surface for us to set up and play on

Can you travel?

Yes, we are happy to travel the entire UK for your big day

Is there a charge for travelling?

Yes, we charge travel costs on any event outside of 100 miles from London. Costs would be agreed with you before booking

What is the length of time of the act?

The band currently plays for 2 x 60 minute sets. If any variation of this is required, we are happy to accommodate

How much time do you need to prepare for an act?

We ask for 90 minutes to set up the equipment, sound check and get ready to play. If you require a shorter set up time for any reason, then please do let us know

How do you charge extra time?

Extra time charges are at the discretion of the band leader and may not always apply. All charges such as travel and additional time will be discussed with you prior to booking

What are the forms of payment?

We require an initial 20% deposit to secure your booking & choosen date in our diary. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your event. We are happy to take cash and bank transfer payments
