Who We Are

The Solar Flares are a high end showband and collective of professional, world class musicians with experience ranging from London's West End, Live TV, The BBC Proms, The X Factor and Strictly Come Dancing to name a few. With a well rehearsed and slick show The Solar Flares not only sound the part but look the part. Our musicians are all trained professionals with a collective 75 years of live performance experience.

What We Do

We are one of the most versatile wedding bands in the UK and we pride ourselves on not only being great musicians but we also know how to put on a fantastic show! With our slick choreography, our eye catching costumes and a stellar musical repertoire, we can guarantee that our band is THE full entertainment package.

Our carefully constructed musical repertoire was made with you in mind and features all of your favourite party classics. From Motown and Soul to Dance and Pop music. The funk will definitely get into your feet and will you have you and your guests dancing the night away.

What We Offer

We offer 2 main line-up options -

1. Party Showband - Our traditional party band line-up specialising in Disco, Motown, Soul & RnB - 100% live instrumentation ranging from 5 -10 x piece line-up.
2. DJ Live party band - Our brand new DJ live line-up specialising in Dance, House, & Pop - Featuring a DJ as part of the show and up to 3 x vocalists, performed live in the mix with our bespoke instrumental tracks

Both lines ups include 2 x 60 min or 3 x 40 min live sets as standard. Full PA equipment hire and lighting.Both line-ups also feature fully manned DJ services as standard.
