Our talented and energetic musicians are experienced and fully equipped to provide a showstopping performance for your wedding. The band prides itself on delivering a wildly infectious and remarkably polished performance, something due in no small part to the wealth of experience running through the group. Performing 100% live music, we understand that your wedding deserves every personal touch possible; every wedding is unique and special in its own way and we would love to chat through how we could cater to your specific needs for you wedding.

Services Offered

Vivid Soul are fully equipped to bring you an almighty spectacle with an extensive catalogue of your favourite pop, funk and soul hits. Our standard package offers 2 hours of musical magic, which includes a bespoke live performance of your first dance and DJ playlist services for the entirity of your evening. If desired, our team will be happy to provide music throughout your special day from your ceremony, to your drinks reception, or even during your wedding breakfast. Whether you're looking for the sweet sound of the saxophone or a stripped back acoustic trio, Vivid Soul can do it all! A vibrant and dynamic musical experience, Vivid Soul have all the tunes ready to take your event to the next level and keep your guests dancing all night.

What is included

Vivid Soul ensures every event is seamlessly delivered with top-tier professionalism and attention to detail. Our services include state-of-the-art lighting and a full professional-grade PA system to create the perfect atmosphere and ensure crystal-clear sound throughout the event. We also cover all travel costs to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience, no matter where your wedding is located (in the UK).

For your peace of mind, we provide full insurance, including Public Liability Insurance (PLI), and all of our equipment is PAT tested for safety and reliability. In addition, we bring backup equipment to every performance, ensuring that your event goes off without a hitch, no matter what.

What is included in the wedding package?

How far in advance should I contact you?

Ideally, anywhere between 6months and a year before your wedding is perfect for us, but if you have a last-minute need, or would like to get ahead early, we will always try to accommodate you!

Is it possible to request something that's not in the repertoire?

Of course! If you request a song that we don't normally do, we will try to make this work for you and give you a bespoke arrangement! Small charges may apply

What's your experience?

The band has played together in many forms for the past 5 years. We have played at many fantastic venues including: Brympton House, Edgbaston Stadium, Villa Park, and Cripps&Co venues

Do you have your own equipment?

Yes

Do you need specific materials or conditions to offer your service?

Yes, we will need access to mains power, and a flat hard surface to set up on. Ideally we would have a space approximately 5m wide and 4m deep to perform in, however we are able to squeeze if needs be!

Can you travel?

Yes, we can travel anywhere in the UK and abroad

Is there a charge for travelling?

Yes, if we are required to travel far (more than 4 hours from the West Midlands) we may charge a small travel cost - this can be discussed at the time of booking

Do you cover more than one wedding a day?

Do you work alone or do you have a team of professionals?

Alone

What is the length of time of the act?

2 hours worth of music is our minimum length of time. We can of course discuss longer sets, more music throughout your day, etc

How much time do you need to prepare for an act?

We need approximately 1.5-2hrs to set up. This can be done earlier in your day if necessary, or during your meal if your dancefloor is located elsewhere!

Do you do open-air acts?

How do you charge extra time?

Each wedding is unique, and therefore we will create a bespoke quote based on what you're looking for

What are the forms of payment?

Our payments are as follows: 30% deposit at the time of booking as confirmation via bank transfer. Remainder of the fee paid for in full, no later than 1 month before the event via bank transfer
