Bringing an energetic performance, this band can keep couples and their guests entertained and dancing all night long.

Services Offered

The CoverUps often play as a four-piece consisting of vocals, guitar, bass, and drums. For a bolder sound, the group can become a five-piece with the talents of an extra vocalist. This band offers its services in the form of two comprehensive packages. Both of these options include two hours of playing time, a first dance performance, five-song requests, and a DJ playlist in between each set. This band’s song repertoire spans many genres and decades from the swinging 60s to modern dance floor fillers. Took a punt and booked The Coverups without seeing them - well, the risk paid off! They filled the dance floor and kept all ages dancing into the night! Would recommend them in a heartbeat - thank you for making our night one to remember. We will forgive you for the sore feet.....

Thanks to the band for putting on such a brilliant show. We had SO MANY compliments about the music, and had a packed dance floor all night (just like we wanted!)

We booked The CoverUps for our wedding reception (after loving them when they played at my brother's wedding a couple of years before!) and they were amazing and made it such a fun night. We had so many compliments from guests afterwards, and the dancefloor was packed all night! We put together our own playlist for music in between the live sets (which included loads of our favourite songs) and when we sent it to the band to check for clashes, it turned out they were already planning to play a lot of them live, which was great! Highly recommend The CoverUps as a very professional and experienced band with an incredible and varied repertoire to get everyone dancing.

Had the 5 piece male & female singer play at our wedding on Friday and absolutely loved it. They came in and set up so efficiently I didn't even notice them arrive. We chose a specific song for our first dance which wasn't on their repertoire but they were happy to learn it and absolutely nailed it for us. All of our guests have said how much they loved it and have asked where we found them. Highly recommended.

We hired The CoverUps for our wedding on 28th July just outside Stratford upon Avon. We had the acoustic set initially which was outstanding and then the four piece band in the evening. They were all excellent! The dance floor was never empty and throughout the evening guests were commenting on how great the band were. They were fun, had great song choices and very professional. After being let down by a different band we booked, you were very helpful and efficient, as well as reassuring, when we initially enquired and subsequently booked the band. On the evening the band were excellent, they were friendly and very attentive in making sure they fitted in with our timings etc. Their cover version of our first dance (How long will I love you? By Ellie Goulding) was better than we had hoped for and set a high bar for the rest of their sets, and they didn't disappoint, they sounded great! It was obvious that all of our guests thought this too as the dance floor was not actually big enough at times for everyone who wanted to dance! We have had reports from our guests that the band happily played an encore, not once but twice and everyone enjoyed the music!

I wanted to say thank you to the band for a really great evening’s entertainment last Saturday. I didn’t get to make many decisions for the wedding, but one I did make was the band and I am really happy to say they did not disappoint. They had a slightly late start and they accommodated that well and played three really good sets. They also played on when the dance floor was empty for a while, as our younger guests hit the bar and the older guests rested their feet! We have had many complements from both age groups... We would definitely book them again, and would recommend them to friends.
