Hadwin Events is a photobooth company based out of Liverpool, Merseyside. Owner Rachael first set eyes on a Magic Mirror Photobooth at a friend’s wedding in 2018. She loved it so much that she booked one for her own the following year. In October 2021, she launched the company with the aim of providing a more personalised and unique experience. Services Offered

Hadwin Events can provide a Magic Mirror Photobooth, a Selfie Photobooth, a Sweet Ferris Wheel and our new Audio Guestbook. The Magic Mirror has a rustic design with its gold frame with vinyl sides lending to the overall charm of your event. However, if this doesn’t match your colour scheme or theme, it is available in plain black. The photobooth is interactive with different animations and you can write a message or add an emoji to your photo to personalise each one. This particular feature is a hit with the guests and kids. The photo background and title can also be personalised to suit your event. The photo booth will be fully attended, so all you need to do is strike a pose and enjoy the day. A personalised keepsake box is included as part of the packages which can hold a memory stick and copies of the photos. From £350 in the Liverpool area and from £400 in the surrounding areas.

The Selfie Mirror Photobooth is fully digitial, you can create photo, videos, gifs and boomerangs then receive them by text, email or QR code. We will send you the link to view the whole event and send you a USB in the post after your event. From £270 in the Liverpool area and from £290 in the surrounding areas. We set up and collect the Selfie Mirror at an agreed time giving you hours of fun.

What is an Audio Guestbook?

Think of it as your guests leaving you a voicemail on our vintage style telephone on your wedding day for you to listen to after the event. You record a personalised greeting/message so when your guests pick up the phone they will hear your voice. From £200 or we will offer a discounted rate when booked with one of our photobooths

How does it work?

I will set up the phone with your greeting ready to go with or without the phone table- the choice is yours

Your guests listen to your message and then after the beep they can record their own message. When they are finished they simply hang up by placing the handset back on the cradle, then it will be ready for the next guest to use.

After the hire has ended I will pull all the recordings and put them on a usb to be posted out to you.

Listen back to the messages from your nearest and dearest whether they are cute messages from your family, silly messages from your friends and everything in between! Then relive the day all over again through the stories of your guests.
