The entertainment was amazing and the staff made all the guest feel happy with a new experience they ever had.

I do not usually write reviews but the service I received from Ben Karuh Debofah, who independently runs and owns this company was so appalling, that I realised the right thing to do was share my experience to help someone else avoid experiencing the same. I hired Ben of makemefeelnice360 to provide a 360 photobooth for my birthday party in April this year, he appeared nice on the telephone and we agreed my artwork for the videos prior to the event. Ben was due to start the 360 booth at 7pm. He arrived to set up at 7pm but then immediately disappeared for 2 and a half hours, nobody knew where he went. We had left instructions for my guests to visit the booth at 7pm before proceeding to the party hall and so they were all sitting out waiting for him to arrive before proceeding to the hall which significantly delayed the start of the party. He eventually arrived before 10pm to start. 4 days letter, he sent me only a handful of the videos and I noticed the artwork and wording was completely different from what we agreed and looked very tacky with incomplete words and an oversized image which covered the faces of my guests. He said he would work on correcting the artwork but then immediately sent a message apologising for the artwork and suggesting to give me 50% off my next event if I rebooked him for my next event. I told him to please remove the artwork if it could not be fixed and to send the rest of my videos but he then ghosted me for over a month after which he sent me a message saying he had sent me all my videos. Luckily, I had some video evidence of most of the missing videos as he had only given me about 30% of the videos taken. Only upon me providing video evidence of the missing videos did he admit that he had lost most of my videos. I had very close family and friends travel from around the world for my event and the fact that I would not be able to get those memories back was the most difficult part of this experience. We asked Ben to either remove the damaging artwork on the videos he sent or to provide any amount of refund he felt reasonable for the shortfall in his service but he ignored our requests and only replied one month ago that he attended the venue so provided a service and will not provide any refund. I have had to learn the hard way with makemenice360/Ben and unfortunately lost some priceless videos, be very cautious if you decide to book with him.
