To allow for groups as well as couples and the photos are excellent. Jason was so brilliant with all the guests, communication beforehand and throughout was good. Jason and the Absolute Booth team we had on the day were all fantastic! Once the booth was set up next to our dance floor it was hardly ever empty, we got so many amazing photos of our guests. The props were a hit too, especially the rubber duck for some reason, it made it into most photos! The gold and white sequin backdrop we chose was gorgeous.

Jason and team did a fantastic job supplying us with a Photo Booth and backdrop for our July 2024 wedding. The booth and backdrop looked perfect in our venue and guests loved all the props. The result was 300+ photos and gifs which are a wonderful reminder of the friends and family who joined us. Would 100% use Absolute Booth again!

Our beautiful Bertha booth was hands down the best investment of the evening! With so many props to choose from, no squishing into a tight, hot booth, a gorgeous selection of backdrops, and high-quality photos (both digital and printed), it was a hit with everyone.

A special shout-out to Tom, who everybody LOVED, as he brought so much energy to the event. Thank you also to his partner in crime (so sorry I didn’t catch his name!) who ensured all our guests left us lovely messages in our album.

The team running the photobooth and the set up were fantastic, we got loads of great feedback and it was even better that it doubled up as our guest book. One less thing for us to think about.

We used Absolute Booth for our wedding photobooth. All our guests thoroughly enjoyed using the photobooth. The pictures were high quality and there were loads of fun props to use! It was a nice addition that a copy of each print was stuck in a book for people to write messages underneath and its a great keepsake for us. 10/10 service. Thanks so much

We had absolute booth for our wedding 3 weeks ago and it was great! We had so many people tell us how much fun it was, the scrapbook is so great to look back on, and the staff were really friendly and helpful on the day, as well as the months before in booking and arranging.

DO NOT USE! The worst customer service and disrespect I’ve witnessed in a service industry. I’m not one to leave reviews that often but if you want a stress free event find a different company.

They cancelled the day before my 40th Birthday and although suggesting other companies (which thankfully helped out last minute) I was told my refund would take 5 days. I feel if I ran a company I would’ve lined up a replacement company and paid them with the money I had been holding onto for months.

After waiting 5 days I needed the money refunded and after contacting them a couple of times and not hearing back I messaged again and finally got a vague response saying they would “check tomorrow” which they did not. Chased again - nothing. I think fairly I sent a more angry message asking for my money and that I would leave a bad review and spread the word about how bad the company is which resulted in an “F You’ response from Jason the owner - classy.

I can see they have some good reviews on here but also some similar ones to mine, speaks volumes in my opinion. If you want this aspect of your event be stress free find a different.

Do not use this company. We booked them for our wedding (paying in full nearly a year in advance) but they did not turn up and did not contact us on the day. It took four days until they made contact, only after we had sent emails, texts and voicemails. Their excuse for not turning up was that they put the incorrect date on the booking confirmation, however in all of the correspondence since then (including three weeks ago), the correct date was used and they did not correct the fault in their own diary. We have received a refund from our credit card but the company have refused to provide any additional compensation. They knew this was for our wedding and the opportunity is now gone, but did not seem to appreciate that.

Do not use this company at ALL costs. Turned up to my wedding but couldn’t set up due to ‘lack of space’. Instead of trying to contact me on the night they just left. As I was unaware they arrived on the night (due to lack of contact), I emailed the next day to discuss getting a refund to which I received an extremely curt email from the owner, Jason. We had come to an agreement that I would receive a partial refund so that the costs for the booth staff, travel costs etc. would all be covered. After being told my refund was being processed and would take 5 working days, 13 days later I still haven’t received a refund and all my follow up calls and emails have been ignored. It appears I’m not the only bride that has had this problem recently reading the most recent reviews.

Absolute booth was bar far the nicest looking and most professional booths we could find. It was so lovely and the guys were really helpful and even stayed an hour later as so many people we using it!
The photos were amazing and I have just downloaded them again to get printed. Great online portal for everyone to login and and use.

The team behind Absolute Booth have been amazing start to finish. We were so pleased to have them at our wedding and the photos are just amazing!!! Really brings out the fun side of your guests and the attendants were so professional and kind. Our photo album was just perfect. Especially with all the guests writing alongside their photos.
