I am an animal-loving Devon girl through and through, and I have always had a passion for photography. I started out my career as a wildlife photographer and then progressed to portraits and weddings. As a wedding photographer, I think it is so important to capture all those magical memories and moments that you and your guests see and also the little moments you don't see in the hustle and bustle of your busy day, like the joy and laughter of their friends and family, coming together to celebrate your special day. I like to keep things fun and will never place you in a position that makes you uncomfortable.

On your wedding day, I'll capture all those special and magical moments, for example:
• Bride and groom shots throughout the day are staged and natural
• Family and friends group shots
• The "getting ready" shots
• The bride and her bridesmaids
• The groom and his ushers
I offer different wedding packages tailored to your preferences. My clients have described me as bubbly and like having a friend there with them. I love putting my clients at ease and making them laugh.

What does the wedding package include?
An initial consultation is provided with all wedding packages and with the Silver and Gold Packages you get a complimentary engagement shoot.

How far in advance should I contact you?
Sometimes suppliers fall through and disasters happen, I have been known to capture weddings with as little as 2 weeks notice so providing the date is free, I will be there!
Do you cover more than one wedding a day?
No
Can you travel?
Yes, devon, Somerset and Cornwall
What is the charge for travelling?
I know from first hand experience that weddings are costly enough, so therefore I do not charge mileage unless venue distance is over 70 miles away, then mileage is charged at 45p per mile

Do you use a specific technique or innovative approach?
I find you get the most natural looking photos when the clients are at ease, so I bring my smiley and engaging attitude to all weddings and just make sure the bride and groom have the best day possibl

Do you offer any tool to display the photos online?
Yes, all bride and grooms receive a private online gallery on my website that can be shared with family and friends
What's the delivery time for a photographic report?

The perfect day captured
Alex was amazing. I couldn’t believe how many beautiful moments were captured without us even knowing. She arrived when we were getting ready and just slipped into the background. I hardly knew she was there as she went about capturing our day. Alex was so friendly and put myself and my at ease. We have so many amazing memories of the most perfect day. We will definitely be calling on you again to capture those special moments in the future. Thank you

The pictures were very good and in the moment and really captured the day
I would also like to add that Alex was very friendly and I feel she has become a real friend to my wife and I. We had the full package and would recommend that to everyone thinking about it. My favourite extra was the memory stick with all the pictures on protected in a smart little wooden box and there’s enough room for some printed pictures to be stored safe in there too making it a really important to me and can be kept for ever more

Just perfect
We couldn’t have asked for a better photographer for our special day. Alex was so attentive and patient throughout the day, from start to finish. She was so friendly yet very professional. Alex made us feel so comfortable, which was important for us as we aren’t used to getting our photos taken and sometimes it can feel a little awkward, but this was far from the case with Alex. It was more like having a friend taking photos rather than someone you’ve only met once! Alex was organised throughout the planning and nothing was too much trouble. We love all of our photos, the colours burst through beautifully and the edits were spot on. We have no idea how we are going to pick out our favourites! We received the photos on a memory stick in the most loveliest keepsake box, which is just perfect as we have them safe forever in their own place, so they won’t get lost. We would highly recommend Alex for wedding photography, she is clearly compassionate about her work and she was also very reasonable. So Alex- thank you so so much again!
