Better Half Weddings is a wedding videography and photography business based in Coventry, England. Matt Clifford and Stacey Harrison, the duo behind the cameras, have more than 10 years of experience in the industry. These dedicated professionals strive to capture the vibrancy and character of each couple and their special day through stunning snapshots and high-quality film footage.
Services Offered
Better Half Weddings takes a creative approach to every wedding, getting to know each nearlywed's style and personality. This warm, client-led process results in an authentic record of this milestone occasion that radiates love, intimacy and happiness. The business offers a variety of packages, allowing couples to choose from videography or photography services, or a combination of the two. Each package includes an initial consultation and full-day coverage, allowing these visual storytellers to capture every unforgettable moment. Once the festivities have ended, newlyweds can look forward to a stunning gallery of photos and a video that captures the magic of their day. Packages also include romantic pre-wedding photoshoots and videography sessions, as well as a follow-up anniversary shoot.

What does the wedding package include?
If you decide on only 1 photographer this means amazing value of £400 = ceremony to first dance.
Other packages are for 2x photographers + videography + photography packages up to £2500
How far in advance should I contact you?
We can sometimes accommodate last minute weddings if we're free on your dates, we do our best arrange thing around your date

What is the charge for travelling?
We don't have a travel charge for weddings, other than if we are catching a flight of course

We like to shoot with a modern feel with our photography and videography. We really aim to achieve those happy, fun and romantic images , we mix posing and natural candid to get the best of both

We have DSLR's, Drones, Gimbals, Microphones and more
Do you offer any tool to display the photos online?
Yes, we put all of the images that have been edited on a Google drive , the Google drive link gets sent to you, you can click the link, view/download and send to as many people as you like
What's the delivery time for a photographic report?

How do you charge extra time?
Unless you are booking for our 5 hour package, we don't charge anything for longer hours, sometimes the best drunken moments are the best. A lot of people don't remember them the day after without us
What are the forms of payment?
We take a 25% deposit on booking and then we require full payment 4-6 weeks before wedding.
Bank transfer is requested and we can invoice if required
How do you work?
We are a couple ourselves, Stacey works with the Bride in the morning and Matt the groom. We then work together to capture the rest of the day

Laid back, easy going a very calming influence on a hectic day.
Matt and Stacey were fantastic. They took the time to know us as individuals and therefore how to get the best out of us photo wise.
The were so calming and barely even noticable as present through out the day! Picking up on moments that as the bride and groom we would have never been able to see.
My favourite thing about them as photographers were how good they were at ensuring we both got time to ourself through out our wedding day. We spent a lot of time getting pulled a side to talk or to say hello to people. Sometimes even separately. Hearing Matt and Stacey say "guys we have found a lovely spot for some photos- follow us". Helped me catch my breathe through out the day. Was so nice to get away from the crowd.
We are so grateful to them for enabling this.
We both agree that their non pushy, independent working style made everything so easy for us both. We didnt want to feel harrassed or fed up of having photos taken. That's something they certainly did not cause us to feel!
Highly recommended if you want "fly on the wall photography".
Also very good with pets photography. The photo of us with our border terrier Paddy is the one ill be framing the inlaws for Christmas.

Photos as good as the photographers
So myself and my wife looked through a few options and came across Matt and Stacey (better half weddings)
We were blown away by the service we got!!
They arrived early before the wedding to look out for nice locations and they didn’t let us down!
We aren’t a very photogenic couple and they helped us in every aspect with where to stand, how to stand and made the whole experience so easy!
They printed off the list we sent them and went through them swiftly and stress free and then added a few extra ones they thought we would like and we added a few we liked the idea off and they were fully up for it.
A big thank you to Stacey for playing with Mia (our 6 year old daughter) and just genuinely being so helpful with everything
We had a phone call 4 days before the wedding just to run through everything and explain how they operate.
Matt and Stacey are some of the most genuine and down to earth people you’ll meet, they were up for a laugh but also get the job done and chatting to all our guests between photos.
The photos they have done us have just made us relive the whole day we are extremely happy with them and would push anyone getting married to go with better half weddings.

Daughters wedding
Only met Matt & Steph on my daughters wedding day. But from the moment we met then they put us at ease. They listened to my daughters and took loads and loads of natural, not staged shots. They made every photo beautiful. Would defiantly recommend this wonderful couple x
