From the very beginning, Gem was incredible. Her onboarding process was not only smooth but also personal—she took the time to truly get to know us, understand the flow of our day, and helped ease any nerves or awkwardness we had about being in front of the camera. Her preparation was spot-on. She sent over detailed documentation to gather everything we envisioned—specific shots we wanted, people to include, and important moments not to miss. On the day itself, Gem made us feel completely at ease. In the middle of all the excitement and emotions, she brought a calm, reassuring energy. She made sure we felt looked after, and effortlessly captured every meaningful glance, laugh, and happy tear. What stood out most was her eye for detail—not just with people, but with the little things that made our day special. From the flowers and table décor to gifts and tiny keepsakes, Gem noticed it all and preserved it beautifully. And when we received our final package, we were honestly blown away. The care she put into presenting the photos—with personalised touches, thoughtful tokens, and a sprinkle of her own personality—was the perfect final chapter to our experience. We couldn’t have asked for a better photographer. Gem didn’t just take photos; she told our story, and we’ll treasure that forever.

We feel so lucky to have had Richard and Lisa as our photographers – they were honestly the dream duo. From the first call, they just got us and the style we were looking for. We didn’t want anything too staged or formal - mainly natural and informal moments - and they completely understood the assignment. They made us feel super relaxed on the day and blended in so well with everything that we barely noticed they were snapping away most of the time. We laughed and joked together and it felt like spending time with friends (who owned lots of cameras & batteries!) The gallery we've been sent is full of absolutely stunning photos of us and our guests and exactly what we wanted - there's so many snaps of our loved ones that we can cherish forever, we're so thankful to you both for what you captured on the day! We've also been provided with gorgeous highlight videos of our day which we've sent to friends & family too - we've sat down and watched them several times to remember the day we had together. We’re so in love with everything you've done for us and can’t recommend Richard Lewis Photography enough. Thank you both, so much! ❤️

I would choose Sam 100 times over. Sam worked with my wife and I for our engagement as well as our wedding. He is the easiest person to get along with and has a way of making you feel comfortable. Meeting Sam you would feel like you have known him your whole life. He will be one of the best and least stressful choices you make for your wedding.

We are so happy with our wedding photos! Mei Lou beautifully captured the autumnal atmosphere and the details from our venue. She was on point with her presence on the day, making everyone feel very at ease. It's also very useful to have a photographer that speaks both English and French fluently for an international family like ours.

I met Platinum Photography UK (Simon Goodwin) at a family wedding a few years ago, he was professional, likeable, his fees are reasonable and the photographs were excellent. Without hesitation we booked Simon for our own wedding. We had a difficult period of time and had to delay our wedding, Simon was understanding and happy to accommodate us. The communication in the months before the wedding was regular, covered aspects and logistics of shooting in such a unique location The Grand Pier Weston Super Mare and reassured us that everything was in very good hands. Simon and his assistant photographer Joanna used their initiative on the day to cover as much activity as they could. They blended in with family and friends, coordinated group shots and took some truly amazing candid shots of the arcade, a very difficult dynamic environment to shoot in. Simon thought about how the venue would provide amazing opportunities for pictures and worked out the time for a sunset shoot to take some romantic pictures of just us two. Everyone commented on how lovely our photographers were and what a pleasure it was to chat to them. The final photographs have now been edited and released to us, they are beyond expectation, everyone is blown away by the quality and emotion they invoke, the pictures captured the spirit of the day, they are full of love and joy. Simon is an exceptional photographer, I have no hesitation in highly recommending him within my own social groups and in this public forum.

If you don’t hire Chloe then you will regret it. She is the loveliest human being, and we laughed and joked like we were lifelong besties all day. This was so important to my husband and I because you pretty much spend the entire day together. The photos. Omg. Our previews are the most beautiful things I’ve ever seen. She just knows how to capture the essence of your day in one photo. It’s not that boring overly posed vibe- it’s proper documentary, real and raw. I feel all the emotions in every photo I have. You get to actually relive the entire day through them. I couldn’t recommend her enough!!

Ali was fantastic. Our wedding photos are stunning and we are so glad we trusted him with our special day. We fell in love with his candid and romantic style of photography immediately. Booking was incredibly straight forward and we really enjoyed our engagement shoot. He was incredibly calm and relaxed on our wedding day which was perfect for a nervous bride!

Neil and Deb were perfect in every way. Good humoured, flexible, friendly and professional. The photos are simply fantastic- thoroughly recommended.
