Choosing Britta as our wedding photographer was the best decision we made to capture our day perfectly. Leading up to the wedding Britta was well organised and ensured we had our shots thought through so there was less to do on the day.
On the wedding day Britta was amazing at giving direction but also making us both feel at ease throughout the day. During the morning when getting ready, Britta captured some perfect photos of my dress and shoes, and beautiful natural shots of our children and family. We managed to get down to St Brelades beach and have some couple shots which have turned out beautifully.
We were very surprised to receive a handful of photos the next day! This was a lovely touch as it was something we could use to show family and friends straight away. When we received all the photos through we were amazed with the quality and how Britta had captured the day.
Overall we would highly recommend Britta as a brilliant photographer, and a lovely person to deal with for anyone’s special day!

We are absolutely thrilled with our experience with Britta as our wedding photographer. We first met her for our engagement shoot in St. Catherine's and we knew then that we were in good hands. We were very comfortable in sharing our thoughts with her and she really took the time to understand our vision and provided invaluable guidance and support throughout the entire process. On the day of the wedding which was held at Gorey Castle, Britta was nothing short of amazing. She managed to capture the most intimate and candid moments, as well as the big, joyful celebrations, in a way that truly told the story of our day.

The final photographs exceeded our highest expectations. The whole time we were with Britta, even from the moment we met at a wedding fayre, we felt very relaxed as if we were hanging out with a friend but this friend was super knowledgeable about how to get all our best angles.

All of our pictures were beautiful on both of the occasions we had the pleasure of being photographed by Britta, before our wedding to celebrate our engagement (which is a great way to practice for the big day!) and our wedding day itself! Now, a year and a half on, we are transported right back to that day whenever we look at the photos.

Britta could not have done any more for us. We live in the UK and were getting married last year in Jersey. We made sure we all met up prior to the wedding to go through exactly what we were after. Britta just gets you as a couple and knows from her experience exactly what shots and angles will work to capture your special day. She became part of the wedding almost and just blended in to the day. There was nothing that was too much trouble and she went above and beyond with her photos. When we received them after the wedding, we all just sat in awe of how wonderful every single photo was. They're just stunning. I would never ever recommend anyone else apart from Britta. For a couple who hate having their photographs taken Britta is amazing! She shot our wedding day and I’m so pleased she did. She put us both at ease, she was super friendly and was amazing at capturing shots we wouldn’t have even thought of.

Britta was not a supplier she was an extension of our wedding party. Since the wedding all our guest have came up to us and said she was so lovely and calming, just an all round great person. Going above and beyond the duties of a photographer.

We booked Britta 2.5 year in advance during which time she was very responsive to messages and kept checking in with us providing useful tips/tricks.

As neither me or my husband are naturals in front of the camera, it was a daunting experience. However we didn't need to worry Britta made us feel so relaxed and she caught those really candid moments, which didn't feel special at the time but looking back on still bring tears to our eyes.

Britta was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. She was very approachable and immediately understood our 'vision' for relaxed, natural photos.

Britta expertly guided us through the process, checking in at regular intervals in the lead up to our wedding in her always friendly, helpful manner.

On the day itself, Britta was fantastic. She went above and beyond her photographer role, including putting my veil in for me after the hairdresser had left. Britta's presence is incredibly calming and makes you feel you are in safe hands. She captured all of our special moments and her images were exactly what we wanted. Our overall experience with Britta was excellent and we would absolutely recommend her.

Due to Coronavirus we unfortunately had to reschedule our wedding from 2020 to 2023. However we decided to have our engagement shoot taken around the original wedding date as a nice memento to carry forward.
Britta remembered our original planned wedding date and took the time to send us a sweet message of best wishes on that day, which was extremely thoughtful.
Britta was extremely flexible with dates and times due to unforeseen bad weather and was always full of positivity which was much needed during these uncertain times.
Britta's fun personality shone through during the shoot which quickly put us at ease in front of the camera. She knew exactly which locations to take us to really capture those special moments. The photos are fantastic and we were over the moon at receiving them so quickly.

Moving on to the 2023 wedding itself, Britta captured the day perfectly! Making sure to involve all our loved ones and capturing those sweet special moments between my husband and l when we didn’t know the camera was around.

Britta’s calm but fun personality kept us on track with the days schedule and a gorgeous unexpected sunset presented itself as an amazing backdrop for the family portraits. Britta’s flexibility and adaptability was invaluable during these unplanned moments!

She made sure to include our son (8months) to create these magical moments we could look back on as a family for years to come!
