We booked Callum to photograph our wedding in June 2023. Up to, and on the wedding day, there were no issues. Or at least, as far as we were aware. He sent across the delivery of photos, which were excellent, but strangely key moments seemed to be missing. Family photos with the bride and groom, the couple shots and a lot of the speeches. We went back to Callum to ask where the photos were, and after a lot of to and fro, he finally admitted that his SD card had corrupted, and he was trying to recover them.

He did not flag this to us prior to us chasing him, probably hoping we wouldn't notice. It took months of chasing, with us being constantly told he was looking into it. Eventually he broke the news that he could not recover the photos, which have now been lost forever. He offered to reshoot some of the photos the following year and pay for hair and makeup, so at least we wouldn't be out of pocket. We agreed, seeing no other choice, and counted down to the shoot date. Then, 5 days before, I emailed to check if we were still on for the shoot, to which he informed us of a personal bereavement, and pulled out of shooting the photographs. That's fair enough. Things happen. I said I'd email back in 1 month, to which he agreed.

However, a month later, he'd become incredibly wishy washy, not responding to our phone calls (which I'm certain had been blocked), and his responses to emails was slow, which became non-existent. I asked if he could book another photographer to take his place, or at least refund us something so we could pay someone else. Nothing. No reply. No help. Ghosted. It was already a miserable experience losing so many precious memories, but the lack of cooperation made the whole thing so much worse. We had sleepless nights worrying about not being able to recapture moments from the biggest day of our lives.

And it was all so preventable. If he had just confessed to losing the photos from the outset, it would have been easier to revisit the venue sooner and nip this in the bud. Or at least he could have hired help to take over if he wasn't in the right place to finish it. He still hasn't replied to my latest email, so at this point I've given up. I'd recommend everyone avoid this guy like the plague. If something goes wrong on your wedding, he'll leave you high and dry.

Thankfully, another photographer (Kandid Kane Photography) was able to step in and help us. I'd recommend him if you're looking for a wedding photographer.

Things started off well but 2 months on we have not received what was promised. We were told twice a USB was sent but never arrived. We also asked for touch ups on the photos but these were never done. Didn't receive what was promised and I'm ignored when messages are sent.

Callum was brilliant the whole day and was such a great person to have at our wedding, he went above and beyond just being a photographer! He stepped in to help when there was an issue with the music player at the venue, helped get everyone out of the horrendous weather, successfully wrangled all the unruly family members for photos, plus of course the photos themselves are amazing. They're exactly what we wanted, not too cheesy just really nice. Would recommend 100%.

We could not fault Callum, he captured everything we wanted and was so easy going there was no pressure on anyone. I would highly recommend Callum for a photograph experience that is stress free and enjoyable.

Callum had such a relaxed and professional attitude that meant we could enjoy our day without any worry. As a result of this our photos are the perfect showcase of our day. There is a beautiful mix of candid and more formal shots.

Callum did a brilliant job as our wedding photographer. The photos are wonderful, and he was very responsive and accommodating when we wanted to make sure we got some photos on the beach. He was a very relaxing and stress-free photographer to work with, and got a great mix of organised and candid photos. I'd definitely recommend him to anyone!

Callum was really great, i was quite nervous having my photo taken, but he made me feel so comfortable with his friendly approach. He was really good with everyone when organising the group photos, and helped us feel natural when we went for our couples portraits! He even gave my faher-in-law a spare pair of cufflinks when he lost his!

Callum really made us feel comfortable all day long, he gelled with all our guests perfectly and provided us with everything we asked for! Couldn’t recommend him more!

Callum helped capture our day from getting ready until the first dance. Callum is friendly, professional and great value. The photos are beautiful and really captured the essence and joy of the day. He listened and tuned his style to what we wanted beautifully. He helped the group photos get organised and got lovely shots efficiently. We all felt very comfortable and he blended into the background nicely. The photos were edited and emailed to us within a week of the wedding which was a lovely surprise. Highly recommend if you want no stress on and leading up to your day.
