Wedding Photography & Wedding Videography changes from day to day, with every client having their own unique style, and each wanting different things from their wedding photography & videography. We are able to tailor our photography & videography packages to suit your needs, your style and your wedding day no matter where it is in the world. We are non invasive to your wedding yet we provide creative, artistic and incredible photos and videos that captures the love and happiness found at your special day.
At Dotty Photography we take pride in being professional and friendly making you feel as comfortable as possible on your wedding day. We offer services from bridal preparation all the way until the party ends after midnight. With our extended package we also offer a complimentary photo booth with unlimited prints and fantastic premium props. We can use aerial photography with professional grade drones if needed to make sure we can get those creative and fantastic group, fireworks, sparkler or venue shots.
We will go out of our way to make sure that your wedding day is as relaxed and enjoyable as possible. Our packages start from £1295 for photography covering from bridal preparation until the first dance, and go up to our premium print packages as well as our popular extended package at £1595 which includes photography until 10.30pm and use of our photo booth. All of our wedding photography & videography packages include all your edited photos and videos in full resolution uploaded to a secure cloud drive for your friends and family to freely download and print to their hearts content.
DESTINATION WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEOGRAPHY
Finding the perfect wedding photographer for your destination wedding can be tedious and a gamble. Very disappointing - has ruined my memories of the day
He was not great at communication after I paid the deposit but I was reassured when we met him for the engagement shoot, he was super friendly and those photos were lovely. I talked about how much I loved his long exposure photos and he said he definitely captures that and he had some other really good ideas for the big day.
On the wedding day itself he was brilliant, great with my nieces and nephews and mucking in and helping putting up the bunting.
However when we received the photos about 5 weeks later we were really disappointed. He shared about 600 photos in an on-line gallery, while there were a few lovely images it was clear he hadn't done any / very little editing and there were some pictures of the floor and mistake shots that should have just been deleted. He'd had an idea of creating an image of us jumping (with me actually stood on a chair) and the chair was still visible in the picture even though it had been his idea to photoshop it out. The worst thing was there was no evidence of the long exposure magical sparkler photo.
After multiple follow ups and chasing and conversations David finally sent the full batch of RAW images which was about 3500 images. There were a few more hidden lovely photos, a lot of blurry and rubbish photos and we finally found hidden in there the long exposure sparkler photos - completely blurry and over exposed so not rescuable with editing.
I'm really very disappointed. From the follow up conversations it's clear he's had some personal problems so I feel bad giving a bad review. But we paid a lot of money for a professional service and we definitely didn't get the results we expected.

There are a few things Dave and Emily did that I found particularly remarkable. In the morning, Emily got on the floor to put on my cat’s bow and took the most adorable pictures of him. She later put treats on her forehead to get the doggies to look at her for the cutest pictures. AND, the brother of the groom forgot to bring the page boys shirts, and Emily (without being asked) when to the shops and bought boys a shirt!!! Talking of going ABOVE AND BEYOND. All this happened without me even noticing. Also, in the evening, I wanted an exit picture with sparklers and realised I bought the tiny cake ones by mistake. Dave was kind enough to give us the proper sparklers he had in his car (free of charge, I must add). It’s safe to say they came as our photographer and videographer and left as our friends.
And if I could give one piece of advice to any bride is to splurge and hire a photographer and a videographer; it’s 1000% worth it.
