Carl was an amazing addition to our Wedding. He was very professional throughout, both punctual and friendly. He made us both feel so comfortable and relaxed in front of the camera which was a worry for us beforehand. We had an amazing time with Carl and had him for both our legal ceremony and wedding day. Unfortunately both days we suffered from terrible weather and outdoor lighting however Carl managed to work wonders with the images he created. We have a beautiful set of images that capture the atmosphere of our wedding perfectly.

Carl is everything you need (and much more) for a Wedding Photographer. He is highly efficient, an excellent communicator, trustworthy, fun and professional but with that personal touch. He notices beautiful art which you'd never even think of shooting. We were and are extremely impressed with him. If you don't book him, you'll regret it. He's fab!

Carl was everything we wanted when it came to telling the story of our day. He was very thorough, even scheduling a Skype call prior to the event. On the day he was excellent, mingling nicely to get some informal, natural shots then when the time came for the formal stuff he was really on point. He really delivered, the results are stunning. I hope I don't get married again, but if I do, I know who to call.

Carl was the perfect addition to our day. A total joy to have around, professional yet fun and so friendly. Perfectly happy to accommodate my random requests which we were so thankful for. He clearly has all the experience necessary to overcome logistics around pics on the day, let alone the skills to deliver a gorgeous photo documentary. He has a big passion for his craft which shines through in the work but particularly did on the day - from racing with us to catch the sunset, to then affording us newly weds precious moments together where he would tweek and finesse the lighting for the perfect closing shot! We were so chuffed with our pics which were sent through almost too promptly after the event - almost before we had come down and had the need to relive it all. The outcome was fantastic. We had an absolutely brilliant experience with Carl as our wedding photographer. His photos are incredible and very natural looking and he’s captured our day beautifully, both family posed shots and some amazing spontaneous moments, especially on the dance floor, we didn’t know needed capturing! Carl was a very calm, easy-going and friendly presence at our day, especially when we had traffic problems which meant the day overran from schedule. Everyone was hugely complimentary about him and his photos, so thank you! We’ll treasure our photos forever.

Carl perfectly captured our wedding day and was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. We loved the style of his photos when we were looking for a photographer and couldn't be happier with the final pictures. He went above and beyond on the day to make sure he captured everything we asked of him, even getting up on a step ladder to get a full group shot! He blended in perfectly with out guests with his laid back and friendly style throghout the day, but was also fantastic at organising and directing the family and group shots. He sent us a preview of his pictures a couple of days after the wedding and then provided the full set only a few weeks later. We'll recommend him to all our friends and family, you won't regret booking Carl!

Carl was fantastic from start to finish. We are really pleased with our wedding photos. He was very accommodating to us having to change our date and venue numerous times and he made sure the booking process was smooth. We received so many nice comments from our guests on how discreet Carl was on the day, as was as he was not in your face and he just blended in. He was very passionate about getting us some great photos when the opportunities arose and we would 100% recommend him to anyone.

Well what can I say, Carl's photos of our wedding were simply stunning and we are so glad we found him. We made it clear from our chat with Carl (about a month before wedding) that we didn't want too many staged photos but more 'in the moment'. He absolutely delivered on what we wanted and more. He has managed to capture every emotion from the day from the moment he arrived to the moment he left in the evening. We barely noticed he was there with his assistant Yasmina yet has been able to leave us with the perfect chronicle of our special day. In addition, Carl set up some very creative shots and everyone has commented how unique they are. Not only are the photos great but Carl is easy going and puts you at ease, just want you want for such an occasion. I cannot recommend him any more highly. You won't be disappointed.

Quite simply every element of our experience with Carl has been perfect. The photos are simply stunning and have blown us away with the quality, and they were provided incredibly quickly, not to mention Carl is a really nice and friendly guy as well and a pleasure to have around.
We booked Carl shortly after our engagement in early 2019 as we loved his portfolio and style, but also having met with him realised he was friendly and down to earth. This proved to be a godsend when we had to postpone our wedding form 2020 and again in 2021 due to the pandemic. Throughout the whole process he was flexible and accommodating and did everything he could to assist us with during the massive upheavals.
Our biggest praise for Carl however is how he manages the photos on the day; from the outset he was clear he would take the photos we wanted, but also that he wanted to make sure we enjoyed the day, were part of the day and weren't missing out on things due to being away for photos. As a result our group shots were short and snappy allowing us to enjoy time with friends and family at the drinks reception, with other photos being taken during the day in short bursts, before allowing us to return to our guests and the festivities. This was a huge bonus and lots of people commented on how great it was that we were both 'there' a lot of the time and not off taking photos. It also meant we were really able to enjoy our day to its fullest.
The beautiful thing is that this approach in no way impacted the photos we had taken. When we got our photos back (really quickly as well) they were simply incredible, each time we thought we had found our favourite photo another came along to blow our socks off.
I could go on about the little touches in and around everything else, how easy he is to work with, the fact he's not intrusive on the day or the fact he has captured hundreds of little moments perfectly, both of us and our guests, but I would be here for hours telling you how happy we are with Carl.
All I do is say once again, if you haven't booked Carl, then do it now! You wont regret it- we certainly haven't.
