Hello, I'm Carlos, a wedding photographer based in sunny Somerset, with a decade of experience photographing beautiful wedding celebrations cross the whole UK.

WHAT REALLY EXCITES ME ABOUT WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY?
It isn't just because I like capturing beautiful dresses or flowers – it's mainly because I love to document people and those genuine, unscripted moments that make your day special. I love documenting these authentic interactions as they naturally unfold, with minimal interference from me. My goal is to create images that don't just show you how your day looked, but also remind you of how it felt. Years from now, when you look at these photos, you'll be transported back to those precious moments, reliving the emotions and memories of your special day.
HOW'S MY APPROACH LIKE?
For the greater part of a wedding day, I work as a documentary wedding photographer, meaning I capture your day exactly as it happens, naturally, without stage or setting up moments. You’ll find I blend into the crowd to capture all of the excitement and emotion that unfolds throughout your day.
I will of course take grou photographs of your family and firends and also portraits of you both and these only take a very short amount of time. I want you to spend your time with your guests - It's not about me, it is your day, not mine!

Perfect photographer for your wedding!

Best candid photos
On the wedding day morning Carlos arrived on time, maintained a friendly, professional and approachable demeanor, and made everyone feel at ease throughout the whole day.
We asked for a lot of candid photos and guidance on the group/couple photos which we received and we couldn't be happier with the finished result.
We were very happy with our sneak peaks that we received after the wedding and even happier with the complete gallery. Opting in for the physical album was the best decision as it is premium quality and has some of our favorite moments from the whole day captured in one place.
Working with Carlos was an absolute pleasure and we highly recommend his services to anyone seeking an easy going professional wedding photographer.

We couldn't have asked for a better wedding photographer
Carlos was able to work with the fact that we were based in the USA and planning a wedding at Croydon Hall (Rodhuish, Somerset). We had several zoom calls to get to know each other and our expectations for a wedding photographer.
We elected to do a preshoot the week before the wedding in order to develop a rapport with Carlos on a shoot. He helped select a picturesque village oozing charm for this. We discovered that he has a great energy and an easy to work with demeanor.
We started our wedding photography planning with an overly ambitious list of desired shots and we needed Carlos to rein us in. In hindsight we needed this as we didn’t want photography to be the reason for what we were doing but focused at key times when it was necessary. As a result of the 10 hours that Carlos was with us, we still had about 1000 gallery shots available to us - and we had to get down to about 100 for the album!
We have had several of our wedding photos blown up to poster size and framed. The resolution and focus of the pictures was spot on even at 1 meter tall.
Carlos was skilled where photoshopping was needed on a few key photos and was able to meet our expectations to make already great photos virtually perfect.
We had a perfect wedding and Carlos helped provide us an album and photos to last our lifetimes.

From the very first moment, he put us completely at ease, and took all the stress and worry out of our pre-wedding shoot, and brilliantly photographed the multiple days of our wedding! He was so patient, and so accommodating to our needs.
We wanted a photographer who could capture the nuances of our ‘fusion’ wedding, from the civil ceremony, to the mehendi and reception, everything was perfect. Carlos brilliantly captured all of the colour and vibrance of our celebration, allowing us to focus on enjoying the day and not worry about taking time out to capture photos. Carlos blended the photography seamlessly into the day, and we didn’t feel like we missed a beat.
As for the photos themselves, they are the most stunningly curated representations of our day. They are a perfect mix of expertly captured moments, fun and laughter. We can’t thank Carlos enough for capturing everything we wanted from our wedding and more. We can’t recommend him highly enough. If you are looking for a photographer who will guide you through the process easily, make you feel comfortable always, and help you be your authentic self on your big day, then Carlos is the photographer for you. Just perfect!!
He captured every special moment of the day from bridal and groom prep to sunset photos and dancing (incl. in our package). Only when we received our gallery, i was surprised and so happy that he had taken photos of every guest; posed and candid throughout the day! He took so much time and care with our couple photoshoot and told us how to pose when we weren’t sure, haha! He even used a drone to get photos of the venue grounds and a group photo of us and all the guests together!!
