If I could give Charlotte more than 5 stars I would!
Right from the start when I was doing my research into a wedding photographer, I instantly fell in love with other photos I had seen of weddings Charlotte had photographed. When I spoke to Charlotte on the phone she was so personable, friendly and there was no pressure from her to book with her. Communication was faultless and Charlotte always provides prompt responses.
On the wedding day, she was amazing! I didn’t envy her having to try and gather and organise all the wedding guests but she did a great job.
The sneak peak photos we have had so far, I am in love with and cannot stop looking at them and I cannot wait for the rest to come through! It was one of the best wedding decisions we made and we are so happy we chose Charlotte to capture our day.

Charlotte was recommended to us by a friend, I had actually met her at their wedding too and had recalled her being brilliant at getting everyone together which was a feat as it was a large wedding. She managed to capture all the guests in one shot without it looking very staged. Charlotte is very professional and obviously knows what she is doing, she knows what works and what doesn't along with being very easy to get on with very relaxed all the time. We really didn't need to give much instruction to her, she arrived and was shooting from the start and knew what was needed. We wanted a mix of both formal and informal shots which Charlotte did with ease. She was so patient with us and worked hard to complete all of our requests even the weird ones! We had an entertainer that Charlotte liaised with to make the most of our setting and games including photo games to capture all the guests. In between the more formal takes Charlotte was very unobtrusive and captured some brilliant "in the moment" shots. I would definitely recommend her to any one getting married. Throughout she was always been very responsive and clear with any communication.

Charlotte Atherton did an incredible job of capturing every key moment of our wedding this summer at Polhawn Fort. Charlotte and her team managed to document wedding preparations (for two brides) while also capturing special moments of the guests arriving which was wonderful. We really love the natural style of her photography and are very pleased with the results. Charlotte is friendly professional and approachable. Thank you!

I booked Charlotte as my photographer for my big day, me and my husband were very nervous, Charlotte arrived on time to start the photos off me getting ready and walking to the isle, Charlotte took us to some amazing sights in the area to get the best photos, what I loved the most was we were not made to pose, all photos were natural what we both loved, thank you again Charlotte for the amazing time we had and amazing photos

Charlotte was brilliant before, during, and after our wedding. She helped with advice on other suppliers in the region, and was a great support to my bride on the morning of the event. Afterwards, communication remained great (including about entirely unrelated topics). I highly recommend Charlotte for your wedding.

We hired Charlotte to photograph our small, intimate wedding we had in Mawgan Porth, Cornwall. From the very beginning, Charlotte was very happy to get an idea of what you wanted and provide the information without being pushy, she was always happy to have a chat if you wanted to check in and make sure everything was OK. On the day, she arrived early, was very organised and professional and had several back up plans in case something were to happen. She had various photo ideas and was happy to take any additional photo's you wanted. We received our proofs within days and our final gallery within a week! I highly recommend Charlotte and cannot fault her professionalism or organisation!

Charlotte was genuinely incredible- I cannot say enough good things about her.
We booked Charlotte fairly last minute (in the wedding world) as we were going on holiday to Cornwall and decided to elope and get married while we were there.
I was a completely clueless bride but I knew the second we spoke that it was meant to be, she knew more about what I wanted (needed) at my wedding than I did, instantly put me at ease and I knew I’d made the right decision there and then to spend the money on a photographer for our day despite only having a small handful of guests.
Charlotte was only ever a message away when I had questions (photography related or not) and offered help and recommendations with other parts of the wedding too.
She was professional to a T but within minutes I felt like we’d been friends for years. We didn’t have a big venue, getting ready was in a tiny little fisherman’s cottage we’d already booked before booking wedding (the lighting was awful) and the day was windy and a little dreary (the price you pay for getting married on a random Monday at the end of October) but Charlotte brought the whole day to life in the pictures she took and truly added some magic.
She guided us when we needed and was guided by us and our families also but just always seemed to be in the right place at the right time. Covered every base of photos we could’ve possibly wanted from completely natural, action, posed, family shots and captured our day beyond perfectly.
We got our pictures back so quickly and they are amazing. We will truly treasure our wedding photographs and be forever grateful to Charlotte and each time I look at even just one I am transported back to the magic of our incredible day.
Charlotte was more than just a wedding photographer to us and we feel so lucky we lucked out to have her and I know any other couples lucky to have her would feel exactly the same.

When we explained to Charlotte that we were secretly eloping to Cornwall, and that we were looking for a photographer who would be willing to walk cliff paths with us, and not mind getting sandy and windswept, we were surprised with how quickly she said yes. Charlotte and videogropher Georgie took the brief and absolutely ran with it, managing to do quite a lot of homework in the run up to our wedding date, and the results we have absolutely look stunning. We asked for a beach, we had one; we wanted a cliff top path, we had one; we wanted our wedding breakfast to be burgers, we had them. Everything was amazing and spot on. Thank you, both, a hundred times over.

We had a fab fun filled 4 hours with Charlotte and captured lots of different images at the front of the hotel and the beach, which was so much fun.
Charlotte went out of her way to try and sort a few extras for me. It wasn’t possible but she tried, which I thought was so lovely.
It was a relaxed day with Charlotte, just what me and Dan wanted.
Within a day we had a glimpse of some of the photos.
I can’t wait to see the rest.

From start to finish, booking Charlotte to our actual wedding day, everything was so easy. Charlotte is a really good communicator and really understands how stressful wedding planning can be. She put my mind to rest at all times and anytime i needed a question answering she did not take long to respond. Charlottes photography skills are superior to any i have seen. Her style is very elegant and she covered every angle/suggestion that i requested. We receieved a few sneak peak photos within a couple days of the wedding which was lovely to take away with us on honeymoon. To our surprise we then receieved the entire album within 3 weeks of the wedding day. This was super fast and really impressed us. The photos we receieved are fantastic quality and so beautifully taken by Charlotte. I would 100% recommend Charlotte to any bride looking for that wow factor. Charlotte is also a very special person and so welcome at our wedding with her beautiful personality. Thank you Charlotte for making our day and future memories so special

Can't recommend Charlotte enough, from beginning to end she has been very responsive with questions etc, on the day of our wedding (apart from the personal photos) we didn't even realise she was there and now have hundreds of stunning photos to remember our day, as a couple we don't take many photos of ourselves but Charlotte knew exactly what to do and got some beautiful shots for our personal photoshoot, her candid photography is exactly what we wanted for our day, she also manage to find us a videographer very last minute as we weren't sure if we wanted one or not, Andy worked alongside Charlotte (again, we didn't know he was there) he is absolutely lovely and had loads of different ideas to put together our wedding video, we have just watched the preview of this and it is truly beautiful, we can't wait to see the full video, both Charlotte and Andy didn't hesitate when I mentioned that my dress designer has a spinning competition with a trophy and got some wonderful photos and footage so that I can hopefully win 🤞🏻
We have had nothing but compliments from anyone we've shown the photos to and can't thank Charlotte (and Andy) enough for everything they've done for us to make our day so special.
