Since childhood, Chris Jackson has been passionate about photography, snapping black-and-white images on a cheap film camera. This passion has remained throughout Chris' life. Chris Jackson Photography offer a consultation prior to each celebration to get to know the fiancées and their requirements and pass on nuggets of advice regarding the timeline and photoshoot location. The experienced cameraperson also specialises in alternative weddings and hand-fastening ceremonies, providing services for all types of wedding celebrations, from the traditional to the more creative. Chris believes in the power of pictures to bring people back to those precious moments from special occasions and to feel the emotions attached once again.

What does the wedding package include?

I don't offer fixed packages. I tailor my services to suit each individual couple's needs. This can range from a few hours coverage with digital images, to full day with albums, prints and wall art

How far in advance should I contact you?

Ideally as early as possible to ensure availability. However, I love weddings so if I am available, I am happy to take very short notice bookings

Do you cover more than one wedding a day?

Yes, nationwide depending on the booking

What is the charge for travelling?

This will depend on distance, but it will always be charged at cost and agreed in advanced. There is no travel charge for North Wales area

Do you use a specific technique or innovative approach?

No, I don't really use any specific technique. I'm very flexible and adaptable, using whatever technique is necessary

What kind of equipment do you use?

I photograph with Canon professional DSLRs and a selection of lenses. These cameras record to multiple memory cards to ensure the safety of your pictures

Do you offer any tool to display the photos online?

Yes, i provide a private on-line gallery. You will receive a link to give your guests access to view the pictures here

What's the delivery time for a photographic report?

Do you work alone or do you have a team of professionals?

How do you charge extra time?

My top package covers all day, so it is unlikely that extra time will be needed. However the charge for extra time will be agreed prior to signing the contract

What are the forms of payment?

I accept pretty much any method of payment, with the exception of American Express

How do you work?

For the bulk of the day I photograph in a photo journalistic style, discretely capturing candid pictures to tell the story of your special day. However I do like to include a more posed couple shoot
