We are Chris and Rachel Kitchen, a husband and wife team of wedding photographers with a love of story telling through photo and film. We love to get to know you and your story so far, so by the time your wedding day arrives you will see us as a couple of extra friends at your wedding who you are comfortable and relaxed around.
When choosing us to photograph your wedding you are not just paying for somebody to turn up on the day and take some photographs, with us you are investing in a service that begins well before you walk down the aisle. We are a husband and wife team with a love of weddings who genuinely care about you and your day. This starts with getting to know you when you first contact us and continues through your preparations so that on the day itself you can relax and trust that the story of your day will be beautifully captured.
We invest a lot of time into planning your day and care that everything runs smoothly for you. We have a brilliant questionnaire which we send over a couple of months before your wedding, this helps us learn what’s important to you. We will follow this up with a pre-wedding meeting, this is a perfect opportunity to discuss the final details including your timeline, group shots and any other surprises that you may have in store!
Been a team of two photographers, this gives us two pairs of eyes so that you get a variety of angles for all the big moments of your day. The second pair of hands is also valuable in a variety of other ways throughout your day, helping to keep your day flowing by gathering people for group photographs, straightening your dress (and tie) so it looks perfect in your photographs and generally acting as an extra bridesmaid! It has been said that “Chris is the best bridesmaid!”

What does the wedding package include?
Your Story £1200 - Our full day wedding photography package includes pre-wedding planning, two photographers (husband and wife), all day coverage, hi-resolution images
How far in advance should I contact you?
Please contact us as soon as possible to check availability, we’ll check our calendar and get back to you quickly. We can begin by arranging an informal chat to see if we are a good fit for you

What is the charge for travelling?
Travel within 1 hour of HU4 is included. We are happy to travel further if required, there may just be some additional charges to cover our own travel expenses

We provide a fun and relaxed wedding photography experience. Been a team of two photographers, this gives us two pairs of eyes so that you get a variety of angles for all the big moments of your day

We use digital equipment and have a variety of prime lenses for creative photography and highlights film. We are prepared with spare batteries and lighting to adapt our style throughout your day
Do you offer any tool to display the photos online?
Yes, the images from your day will be professionally edited and then delivered to you in a secure online gallery, the images are hi-resolution and perfect for print and social media sharing!
What's the delivery time for a photographic report?

What are the forms of payment?
A deposit of £200 is required to secure your date and we will be on hand to ensure we have all the details covered ready for your big day! Final balance is due 6 weeks prior to your wedding day

Better than we could have asked for !
When we were choosing our wedding photographer we were quite nervous. How do you know how to choose the people that are documenting the most important day of your life ! But straight from the get go Chris and Rachel made us feel comfortable . After having an initial video call, it was clear they weren't pushy, and they were willing to answer my many number of questions perfectly , and understood the vision of what we wanted to capture on the day.
We were sent a questionnaire closer to the wedding date , which not only helped with their own needs but also the schedule of the day etc for ourselves .
On the day they were both so helpful and welcoming, some guests were even surprised they weren't friends of ours personally.
The photos we received captured so much more than we could have imagined. We got a brilliant array of photos for our "Sneek peek" within 24 hours of the day , and i couldn't believe how amazing all our photos came out .
I don't think we'll ever be able to thank Chris and Rachel for the magic they managed to capture . The effort and work gone into everything they did for us is priceless ! We would recommend them to anyone looking to book a photographer.

Chris & Rachel made our special day special forever
We knew Chris & Rachel were right for us when we first browsed through their gallery and everyone in their photos looked like they were genuinely having fun - candid, heartfelt and even a bit silly pictures is exactly what we wanted. It is what we got, and so much more.

The most incredible photographers, went above and beyond what we could have hoped for! Totally professional but also completely personal and approachable. Brilliant with communication, and always asking if we needed anything. Fast to process the photos, the quantity and the quality was incredible! Access to photos is safe, secure and easy to use. We couldn't recommend enough!

Absolutely perfect
I don't even know where to start about how amazing Chris and Rachel are! I knew instantly after our first chat that I needed them to photograph our wedding. By far the easiest choice in the whole process!! They are so caring and really listened to what we wanted but also gave us ideas we would never even dream of!! The engagement shoot was beautiful, and they are so relaxed they put you at ease (even me who usually hides from photographers). They were amazing with our 1 year old, who was even wanting to dance with rachel on the dance floor! By the end of the wedding day they didn't feel like hired photographers they felt like family friends! On the day my guests commented on how seamlessly they blended into the wedding with the other guests. They were quite simply - perfect!

Amazing photographers 10/10
I can not recommend them enough, amazing photos and such a lovely couple that interacted with everyone at the wedding, they even helped with decorations when they had time for the night time party. Was a great addition to our wedding and wouldn't have dreamed of choosing anyone else for our wedding photographers 10/10. Thank you so much 🙂

Lovely People and Amazing Photographers
We booked Chris and Rachel for our wedding and they were Amazing!
On the build up we shared a video call where we realised how lovely they are.
The communication was perfect from the very start and continued throughout.
On our wedding day Chris and Rachel arrived very early to ensure they caught every precious moment.
During the day they worked tirelessly and non stop.
What really stood out to me was at one point I saw my one year old niece on the ground playing with a flower in the gardens. As I was pulling out my phone to take a picture I saw Chris running over and grabbing the most beautiful / natural shots.
Chris and Rachel covered everything all day and didn’t leave until last orders at the bar.
They are absolutely lovely, a great team and hard working. We have the best photographs to remember our special day with and we feel so lucky to have been able to book them.
It’s been mentioned before in previous reviews but it’s very true. Chris and Rachel felt like our friends taking pictures.
We cannot recommend Chris and Rachel enough! Honestly they are lovely and Amazing at what they do.

Wedding 23/12/23
Fabulous choice using Chris & Rachel for our wedding at Little Wold Vineyard on December 23rd 2023.
Warm & friendly yet thoroughly professional. Huge benefit having 2 photographers for the price of 1, separating at certain parts of the day to capture as much of the day as possible.
Both arrived nice and early to capture pre wedding shots and stayed until late in the evening.
By 10am the next morning (Christmas Eve) we had a small preview album sent over to us, which was lovely to share with family and friends so soon after the day.
We also enjoyed a pre wedding shoot a few months previous with lovely Summer time photos contrasting the Winter Wedding.
Highly recommend!!!

Super Photographers
Christopher And Rachel take a genuine interest in the couple and get to know them before their big day,. They are truly professional and passionate about their work, which is reflected in their couple's images. Christopher and Rachel will stay until they have captured every image, they are not dictated by time. They have worked at Bardney Hall on a number of occasions, they never fail to disappoint and always exceed their couples expectations.
