Our wedding was nearly 500 days ago. After 34 chasing emails/voicemails/instagrams, we have still not received our wedding album. I can see other reviews saying the same thing. The communication with Cooper Studios is absolutely horrendous. Please don’t be fooled by swift pre-payment responses. As soon as the money is paid, in order to get any response, you will need to spend many hours a week trying to obtain contact.

The only way I actually succeeded in getting a response from them (asking where our wedding photos were) was to pretend to be a new enquiry and as imagined, the response was almost imminent. Our 34 tries post payment were all ignored. I assumed the business had gone under from the zero response rate, however I was wrong - they were just incompetent at replying to customers who had paid.

To this day in my life, I have never, ever received service at this level before. There is something severely wrong with the company and I advise you to stay well away. Nearly 18 months on, I’m still in disbelief. Avoid at all costs.
