Dan is an incredibly talented photographer and was so professional from start to finish. He made everyone feel so comfortable on our wedding day and managed to capture some really beautiful moments as a result. We absolutely love our photos and couldn’t recommend Dan more!

Dan is fantastic. We absolutely love our sneak peak photos and can't wait for the rest of the pictures. My partner and myself are not great with taking pictures. Danwas great at prompting us to get the perfect pictures.

I can’t speak highly enough of Dan. Everyone absolutely loved him and felt so comfortable with how subtle but friendly Dan was. My husband doesn’t love having pictures taken which I told Dan about so he was conscious from the word go of how he would feel which made my husband then feel so comfortable. I also don’t like pictures to be too ‘posey’ and with Dans style this matches up perfectly to what we wanted. The pictures are so natural and capture the authentic moment in every picture. We hired Dan for our wedding in October 2023. He was fantastic, leading us at every step. We are very satisfied with the photos. They all look natural and he managed to capture smiles, laughs and emotions. Most importantly, he was there for us from day 1, checking on with emails and phone calls, and informing steps by steps. He's been very accommodating of our requests, and managed to get us through an Italian wedding (loads of guests!!!) professionally and friendly.

He was with us all day from getting ready, to going home, he is an incredibly calming presence on what can be a stressful/nervous day! If you want a highly skilled, friendly and laidback photographer who fits seamlessly into your day then Dan Wimble is your guy. First thing to mention is the end result - the slideshow and photographs he provided a few weeks after our wedding day were absolutely beautiful. From the start, Dan was amazing. We had lots of contact with him before our wedding day, and any questions were replied to straight away. He turned up on the day, on time, with a friendly smile and just got on with it. He seemed to be in all the right places at the right time, capturing the best moments of our day. He got all the group photos done quickly and made them fun, and towards the end of the afternoon, suggested going for a little walk around the grounds of the venue. Dan stood back and photographed us chatting, laughing and walking through the grounds of our venue while the sun was setting. It was one of my favourite parts of the day and the photos turned out just as lovely as I imagined. All of our photographs were natural, and captured the happiness and magic of our day perfectly. I was fortunate enough to see Dan just before I got married taking shots of the venue. As the groom, I was quite nervous on the day as I wanted it to go great for my bride. Dan took the time to calm me down and had a comforting approach throughout the whole day that kept a smile on our faces.

Wow wow wow - you’d be a fool not to have Dan photograph the best day of your life. From the very beginning Dan made sure we were kept up to date with all relevant information, he even sent out helpful emails with lots of tips for bride and groom to ensure the best day ever. Dan was absolutely outstanding from the outset. His warm, engaging and friendly approach made working with him incredibly easy and straightforward - really important when you're organizing a wedding (or in our case, two weddings in two different countries). He responded really quickly to any queries and kept us informed all the way through, but the really amazing work happened on the day of the wedding. From the moment our guests arrive Dan was there with a smile and a camera, putting people at ease and taking exactly the type of photos we hoped for. His ideas worked extremely well and his relaxed approach put us at ease and allowed us to chat and have fun. His wonderfully rich candid photos were just perfect - when we looked at them they bought laughter, tears (of happiness), and a wealth of memories about the day. They are just perfect, and Dan is an absolute delight and pleasure to work with. Honestly, would recommend Dan in a heartbeat as he was wonderful.

Dan is a fantastic photographer who has a natural and free flowing style that allows him to capture all those moments that you as the couple may miss. He is so good at finding the right angles and blending in with the guests that we almost forgot that he was there.
Dan can cover the traditional wedding photo requests but if you want something different and in the moment , he will come up with some amazingly creative shots.
We would highly recommend Dan for your wedding as he engages with you all the way through the planning process, offers a pre wedding shoot and is so good at making everyone feel comfortable. He gave us exactly what we wanted.

The best wedding photographer we could have dreamed of. We asked Dan for two things, relaxed photos that didn’t involve posing, and lots of cute grandparent pics. He absolutely surpassed all of our expectations for both. Dan’s communication leading up to the day was brilliant, not too much, but also plenty of little thoughts and helping points along the way. His manner with our guests and ourselves on the day was fantastic, with a few of our guests specifically going out of their way to comment on how great they thought he was and how well he blended into the day. Our pictures and slideshow have blown us away, and we could not recommend anyone more highly!

We opted to have less posed group photos and we are so glad we did because he managed to capture something real and genuine in the others that will be talking points for years to come. We and our guests are in love with the end results and have no doubt you will be too.
