After browsing through lots of different photographers we came across the lovely Daren… and thank heavens we did. From the first moment of contact he has been nothing but amazing in every way.
He really listened to what we as a couple wanted and injected his ideas and experience through them. He understood our wishes for more of a relaxed wedding, capturing the posed pictures that we wanted and then just working the venues and getting those ‘natural’ shots of everyone just enjoying themselves without being intrusive. Many people have said they didn’t even realise a picture of them was being taken (this is exactly what we wanted). We gave Daren a list of ‘must get shots’ which he worked through at our pace and it was no trouble having to swap things around when our 7 year old decided he hated all things formal and just wanted to go to play football 🤦🏼‍♀️
He effortlessly guided our guests to positions for pictures, and took the stress of organising people away from us. We have strong opinions on making sure your photographer gets you as a couple and their work is something your happy with as after all is over they are the things you look back on to remember your special day… with Daren we know we made the rite choice and wouldn’t change a thing. Even the vicar commented on how he was one of the most respectful photographers to have worked in the church.
If we could sum Daren and his work up in just a few words …. Professional, talented, mindful, creative, respectful, relaxed, discreet, friendly, responsive, PATIENT!!! Overall lovely lovely guy!!! (No he didn’t pay us to say that 😜)
This was the most important wedding spend we had and we would happily pay that again… and more for the experience we had… thank you Daren for everything, we hope to work with you again and will always recommend you!!

We had Daren as our wedding photographer last year and he was absolutely lovely from start to finish. He was so helpful and gave us some really good ideas for the day. Communication was always fantastic! A really friendly guy, who put us at ease. Would really recommend going for the printed album too.
