The best photographer you could want on your wedding!
Damian was absolutely amazing on our wedding day. He literally didn’t stop for the full day running around trying to capture every moment he could. He was so helpful and friendly by the end of the day I forgot he was even our photographer and thought he was one of my guests I’d known for years! Nothing was too much trouble for him and you can clearly tell he is passionate about his work and wanted to make the best memories for us.
Everyone commented on how great Damian was and if you are reading this review because you’re looking for a wedding photographer. Look no further and book him.

100% would recommend!
My new husband and I were both scrolling through Hitched separately when we came across Damian at DS Photography. We both said we loved his style of photography and his pictures were stunning!
Thankfully Damian was available for our wedding as we booked quite far in advance and all communication with him was effortless. He was always there to answer questions.
Our pre-wedding zoom call was a great chance to get to know him a little and see what energy he’d bring to our day and he told us he’d be bringing a second shooter so all prep could be captured.
On the day of our wedding, Damian and the second shooter arrived at the agreed time and also had a little gift for me and my husband-to-be which I think was a lovely little touch!
I had made a small ‘shot list’ of pictures that I really wanted taken on the day and I got every single one of them plus hundreds more that I’m absolutely obsessed with!
Damian went out of his way to capture the best moments of our day and I am forever grateful.
I cannot speak more highly of Damian and would always recommend him to anyone.
We received sneak peak pictures within 48hrs and our whole wedding album back within 3 weeks! (We were previously advised we’d have our pictures in 4-10 weeks)

Exceeded Expectations wouldn't hesitate to recommend
I booked Damien after our original photographer let us down and I'm so glad we went with him. He provided the relaxed nature I was looking for in my wedding photographs and I'm so happy with our images.
He was very professional leading up to our day with several meetings to discuss our needs and ideas and made it easier on the day. He was punctual, easy going and made everyone relaxed in front of the camera.

Absolutely brilliant! Could not have asked for more!
Damian was our wedding photographer in August and he also did an engagement photo shoot for us too. He was incredibly professional, accommodating to all our requests, and very friendly! We are unbelievably happy with our photos - he managed to capture both the fun and sentimentality of the day. Our wedding day was incredibly sunny and all the photos are so bright, colourful and happy - we really couldn’t have asked for more! We also purchased an album through Damian which is beautifully bound and such a wonderful memento of the day. We would 100% recommend booking Damian as your wedding photographer - he was absolutely brilliant!

We found Damian through recommendation. He responded quickly to our initial enquiry. He arranged a video call to us to explain how he works and what we need to think of in terms of type of photo shots etc. He took all of our details and arranged a time to talk again before wedding date..On the day he was there in good time and from feedback was very polite with our guests. He worked tiredly throughout the service and afterwards in family photos etc. He was great with children's photos and kept us all engaged throughout. The photos came 6 weeks after the ceremony and we were very pleases with what we received. Damian gave us information on how and where best to send USB to have printed off and also offered an albumn if we wanted. We were very happy with our photos and look forward to choosing our favourites and sharing with family and friends.

Fun and friendly photographer
Damian was an excellent photographer at our wedding and was fantastic at getting the best out of everyone, for the group shots particularly. It was much more fun than the standard wedding photography shoot, and we were very happy with the photos afterwards. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for high quality photography and a fun friendly photographer.

Everything we dreamed of!
Damian is a one in a million photographer. Made ourselves and our guests feel comfortable and amazing! Not only did he take pictures of posed moments, he gets the best candids going, believe me. We are so grateful for all of our amazing pictures and will cherish them all forever.

Wonderful wonderful man and photographer!
Damian was an absolute dream from start to end. Communication was really clear in the early consultation talks and everyone at the wedding said how friendly and personable he was. It allowed everyone to just relax and have a good time, with some really wonderful candid moments captured.

Flawless, felt like working with a friend
Damian, where do we start. You were fantastic, before the day we had several zoom calls to get to know each other and learn about what was most important to us, to learn every detail of the day & to put us at ease for any stresses that we had regarding the photography on the day.
Then on the big day, it was like meeting an old friend! You captured everything and more, yet we felt we hardly saw you! The way you worked in the shadows yet finding the perfect angles and shots was nothing short of mystical! Always smiling, always laid back yet always there to capture the most genuine smiles and reactions!
Just to add on, we received endless comments on the day and afterwards from all our guests, young and old, about how incredible you were. You were especially a hit with the ladies, something along the lines of ‘very easy on the eye and a pleasure to look and smile at!’
The final photos are exceptional, incredibly professional. We couldn’t be any more pleased that chose you for our special day. Thank you again for your hard-work on the day, the wedding shots, the several photoshoots with smoke bombs, champagne showers & the sunset scene up by the castle on the hill.

Outstanding service!
Damian was an absolute vital part of our wedding day, he listened to what we wanted however really enhanced our ideas to make them better than we could ever imagine. Damian fit into our wedding day like a puzzle piece, we had so many comments about how amazing he was and how he didn’t just focus on the couple, he focused on all of our guests and therefore captured some absolutely beautiful candid photos of our loved ones.
