Sarah Fulton Photography is a boutique wedding photographer based in Edinburgh, Scotland. Her photography style is refined, romantic and colourful. With more than 150 weddings under her belt and a wonderful track record of happy clients, you can feel confident that she will capture every important moment and every unique detail of your special day.

-Fantastic customer service with a friendly, relaxed attitude. Sarah takes on a limited number of weddings each year to ensure you get the best experience possible!
-A free consultation to discuss your particular wedding day plans and help with choosing which package is best for you.
-Structured planning leading up to your wedding day, including help organizing the photography timeline and family portrait schedule. Sarah has a lot of experience guiding couples to create a stress-free day that allows time for all the important photos you want while also allowing plenty of party time.
-Flexible package options that include full day and half day photography coverage. Optional extras include adding a 2nd photographer and a pre-wedding photo shoot – great for getting to know your photographer and feeling prepared for the big day.
-The perfect mix of candid photos and romantic portraits.
-Sarah will always strive to make you feel comfortable in front of the camera and keep the focus on what’s most important: marrying the love of your life!

Full day wedding photography begins at £1800. Shorter coverage options are also available for weekday weddings. Photography is the one element of your wedding that will last, providing you priceless memories to enjoy for years to come.

The very best wedding photographer!
My husband and I liked Sarah’s bright and colourful photos on her website instantly and were so glad to be able to book her as our photographer. For us, we were looking for photographs which exuded the happiness and love we feel for eachother and our photographs really delivered. In herself, Sarah has a warm and friendly manner which made us and our guests feel completely at ease even when organising the confetti and group photos. She has a keen eye for detail and I felt so glad that she captured some DIY projects that I prepared that i thought afterwards might have been overlooked. We also had an engagement session which helped us to get to know Sarah and her photography style and we can really see the benefit of that in our wedding day photos. She was able to take some lovely candid photos as well of our loved ones that I know we will treasure forever. It was a true delight working with Sarah and we would most highly recommend her.

What an experience!
Sarah was an absolute star on our wedding day, she captured the day better than we expected and we were so glad to have her as part of the day. Our photos are an amazing memory of the day with a great selection of our friends and family and us as a couple. I would highly recommend Sarah to anyone who needs a wedding photographer. She even put up with having to have a Guiding guard of honor! Thank you again Sarah, we are so glad you were able to take the photos for us from the best day!!

Exceptional Wedding Coverage
Sarah was an exceptional wedding photographer from our initial consultation, through to giving options for our pre-wedding photoshoot and finally the coverage on the wedding day. Her photos are stunning and the pre-wedding photoshoot definitely helped remove any shyness in front of a camera. Her wedding planning questionnaire also made for an easy day without any hitch. We went with the second photographer package and looking through the photos, it is amazing how many were taken and at the same time she was hardly noticed during the candid shots. We highly recommend Sarah as you would not be disappointed.

Truly wonderful
I cannot recomend Sarah enough. We had an absolutely fantastic time.
I'm not a fan of having photos taken of myself and never know what to do or how to position myself. Sarah made me feel so comfortable, so much so that at times I wasn't even focused on the camera at all, and when I was focused on the camera, I was thoroughly enjoying myself.
She has a very fun, happy bubbly yet calming presence and we cannot thank her enough 🥰

Perfect wedding photographer!
Sarah was so helpful, welcoming, and expert throughout the whole process. Having a pre-shoot was such a good idea and made us so relaxed for photos on the day itself. We hardly noticed Sarah in the ceremony and reception and yet she was everywhere taking incredible photos. And our personal shots are so special. We went for the package with two photographers and we're glad we did. Very much recommend!

Superb photographer - wouldn't hesitate to recommend
We feel so lucky that Sarah was able to photograph our small wedding in Edinburgh in May 2023. From the get-go, she was warm, engaging and very responsive to our requests. Initially we spoke on the phone about what we would like from our photographs ("five good pictures!" made her laugh) and how much photography we would like on the day. With Sarah's guidance, we opted for two hours, which was perfect for our eight-guest, registry office plans - she actually talked us down from our original plans to pay for four hours!
Sarah encouraged us to arrange a pre-wedding photoshoot with her to get used to being in front of the camera, and we are so glad we did this. As two people who don't like being photographed normally, it enabled us to get over our nerves and (we think) improved our ability to smile on the big day! Sarah was patient, encouraging and really put us at ease.
Prior to the day itself, we chatted via email and Sarah was happy to accommodate a couple of specific photo requests. On the day she was a natural with our guests and we really enjoyed spending an hour or two with her taking photos around Stockbridge and the Water of Leith. The photos themselves are better than we ever thought possible for a camera-shy couple! Sarah even managed to send us a couple of previews the same day, which was a really nice touch, and we received our full photos ahead of schedule.
In summary - anyone can make models look great but Sarah made us, two very normal people, look brilliant in our wedding photos. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend her.

Amazing photographer
Sarah is an amazing wedding photographer. We are very impressed with how quickly she turned around the photos, and how beautiful they are. She captured the day perfectly, and the photos are full of emotions and joy. It was such a delight to work with Sarah and she really took the stress away from us on the day.

Can't recommend enough!
We used Sarah as our wedding photographer in June 2022. Even though that was over 8 months ago, we still look at our wedding pictures every single day! We love them so much and can't believe how great they look. Sarah was an absolute pleasure to work with, from the lead up, to the wedding day itself, to the aftercare she provided. Everything was delivered to a very high level. Sarah listened to all of our requests and was very personable. She made us and all our guests feel at ease throughout the day. Sarah also brought an additional photographer on the day, who was able to capture other elements of the day that wouldn't have been possible with just one photographer. If you're looking for someone who is professional, friendly and very talented then we would highly recommend Sarah.

Amazing Wedding Photographer
Sarah was an amazing photographer at our July wedding. Right from the beginning, all the way through the pandemic and even on the actual day Sarah was always on top of everything. Our engagement photoshoot was a great way for us to relax in front of the camera and get used to those awkward poses, and allowed us to be as relaxed and calm as we felt on the day.
Our actual wedding day photos were beautiful, and so many of my family members have all said she was the best photographer they've seen at a wedding. Even on the morning of the wedding Sarah was helping, and easing my own nerves. Our photographs (taken in and around old town in Edinburgh) were absolutley stunning! And looking back the photographs taken during the ceremony and reception, they will be photographs I'll cherish for a long time. It was easy to feel at ease around Sarah, but also, natural, which majority of her photos captured, not just of us, but of the precious guests at the wedding as well.

Perfect choice
We are so glad we chose Sarah to capture the memories of our wedding day. She is professional, relaxed and friendly which made for a great experience. She was very flexible and went out of her way to ensure our day flowed the way we hoped and was always very responsive in communication. Above all Sarah is really kind and just a lovely person to have around on the day! We love our wedding photos:)

Very organized & Amazing pictures
Working with Sarah was a breeze! She made the whole process of booking and planning very easy and stress free. Even on the day of our event, she was punctual and calmed me down when I was becoming stressed. Sarah was very flexible and made our day that much better! She even took the time beforehand to go to our venue and scope out where the best photo ops would be. We are very pleased with our finished photos and have received so many compliments from our friends and family on them!! She went above and beyond and we are so very thankful we booked her. 10/10 would recommend!!

Sarah is such a lovely person and is so easy to work with.
She was always very good at replying to messages and made us feel so at ease throughout the whole process.
The quality of her photos are fantastic and she had such a quick turn around for sending them to us.

Orgainsed and creative!
For us Sarah was a perfect choice in photographer. Her easy going style made us relaxed and confident from the start that we could trust her with our wedding and that doing the photos would be a stress free part of the day! Sarah brought loads of ideas for poses and compositions to the photos on the wedding day and for the engagement shoot, which meant we now have a great collection - she also enthusiastically incorporated any ideas we had for particular photos that we wanted. During the planning and on the day she was organised and capably organised our guests into the photos we wanted. High quality teaser photos were available almost immediately after the wedding, and the full album was done a lot sooner than expected.

Fantastic from start to finish
Sarah was our wedding photographer on 16.10.21 at Netherbyres House in Eyemouth.
We booked Sarah before covid struck and she was so helpful despite all of the upheaval and multiple rescheduled dates. She was also really friendly and prompt when it came to email comms, and seemed really organised on the lead up to the big day.
On the wedding itself, Sarah struck a great balance between being present but not too intrusive, which was perfect! Afterwards, she sent us over our photos really quickly and we are so happy with them all! We would totally recommend her to anyone looking for a wedding photographer.

Wholeheartedly recommend
Had the most fabulous experience with Sarah throughout. Sarah is professional, made everything incredibly easy, and offered great value for our package. She was lovely to work with on the day and guests commented on how low-key her approach was yet how excellent the photos were - just what we were after. And - most importantly - the photos really are truly stunning: happy, romantic, and really capturing the joy and fun of the day. We are absolutely delighted and would wholeheartedly recommend Sarah to anyone without hesitation.
