Foster Sheehan Photography is a Stratford Upon Avon, Warwickshire-based award-winning wedding photography business owned by husband-and-wife team John and Claire. Known for their friendly personalities and reportage photographic style, this duo is passionate about documenting their clients' romantic moments of matrimony. You and your partner are free to enjoy your special day safe in the knowledge that these professionals are preserving all of your cherished memories.
Services Offered
From intimate events to large-scale celebrations, Foster Sheehan Photography happily serves all manner of wedding types. All of their packages can be customised to suit your specific needs. The premium Poppy bundle boasts features such as all-day coverage, an online album, and the ability to order prints. Though headquartered in Warwickshire, John and Claire are willing to travel to weddings all over the country.
Awards
We are thrilled to announce that an image of one of our couples recently won an award in the GREAT competition, a competition jointly hosted by the UK Government, the Royal Photographic Society and Heathtrow Airport, which requested photographic submissions that captured the true spirit of the United Kingdom. We are hugely proud and thrilled that one of our images of Jack and Anya now welcomes visitors in terminals at Heathrow airport.

What does the wedding package include?
- Two dedicated wedding photographers at no extra charge.
- Digital colour and black and white photo albums, with the ability to download high resolution images and/or order physical prints
How far in advance should I contact you?
Obviously we would appreciate as much notice as possible, but we aim to fulfil your requirements whatever the notice period
Do you cover more than one wedding a day?
No
Can you travel?
Yes, nationwide
What is the charge for travelling?
We try our best to not make a charge for travel, but would hope that you appreciate that this would be very much dependent upon the location. Very happy to discuss!

We like to approach each assignment with a relaxed, friendly attitude
What kind of equipment do you use?
We currently use Canon camera bodies, both DSLR and mirrorless, with a combination of Canon and third party lenses. If appropriate we will use flash lighting, or freestanding lighting
Do you offer any tool to display the photos online?
Yes, all clients receive links to online, high resolution albums
What's the delivery time for a photographic report?

We would mostly expect payment to be by bank transfer, but please do ask if you would like to make payment through some other means
How do you work?
We like to blend in to the day, almost as though we were another guest at your wedding, so that we do not cause any distraction to your day (with the exception of pre-agreed posed photographs)

Great photographers on our wedding day!
John and Claire did a great job making us feel at ease on our wedding day. We had lots of great shots from getting ready, our ceremony, wedding breakfast, reception, couples portraits and dances. John and Claire directed us really well in the posed couples' shoot and got very lovely genuine smiles from us throughout the day. We got a great selection of photos back with their colour edit, in black and white, as well as the original colour images. We're really looking forward to getting prints from our gallery!

Professional, outstanding, blessed.
Myself and my Husband were really unsure about having a wedding photographer but we decided it would be nice to have some precious pictures of our special day that we could cherish forever.
We had no clue on what we needed in a photographer.
After researching, I came across Foster Sheehan Photography. I was stunned to see such beautiful photos they had previously taken.
John and Claire were absolutely amazing from being to end. They were very helpful, professional and gave us lots of advice leading up the the day - something we are very grateful for as we were both excited and nervous.
The day was brilliant! Both John and Claire helped us in photo-placement in a very subtle way and felt very relaxed along the way. Even our candid photos (the first look especially) were ever so beautifully taken 🥹.
Looking back at our beautiful wedding photos, they really have captured it in a stunning way! We are forever grateful to Foster Sheehan Photography and are glad that we chose them to be a apart of our special day.

Absolutely Perfect!
John and Claire were so lovely and really helped to make our special day. They came to our house the week before the wedding to ensure we were all on the same page and they knew what we wanted. They were so friendly and put us at ease! On the day they took the most amazing shots, despite bad weather and guests disappearing off everywhere! Their prices are very reasonable. We would definitely recommend them!
