Gemma is a down to earth genuine Yorkshire lass who was great in the run up to the wedding and the engagement shoot. This combo helped my partner be more at ease at the thought of being photographed all day.

On the day she was everything we wanted, extremely organised whilst being an absolute pleasure to be around. You can tell this as there as multiple photos of myself and the guests laughing! We got all the planned photos we wanted and Gemma also took some real gems with candid photo/live action video snippets of us and the guests. Some of which are my absolute favourites from the day. Gemma's video snippet summary of our wedding day was amazing and unexpected. It is something I will treasure when we look back in the years to come.

Gemma was amazing. We had our engagement shoot and wedding photos done. She made us feel at ease and our guests loved her too. We have so many photos to remember our special day and we are really happy with the photo album that she made for us.

Gemma was incredible throughout the entire build up, offering brilliant advice and being really understanding and flexible when different covid restrictions popped up or we had to move the date again.

She kept in touch with us all the way through from meeting her over zoom, to the wonderful taster engagement style shoot to the receiving of the pictures. The taster shoot was brilliant as it really helped us to be comfortable in front of the camera and gave Gemma a taste for what we liked and what we didn't.

We really liked that Gemma specialises in natural pictures, where people don't really realise they are being the subject and she captured perfect natural expressions of all our guests at the perfect times.

Gemma was brilliant at organising us on the day, doing a fantastic job of getting people where they needed to be for pictures whilst also being just a part of the wedding party. There were so many pictures that we love that we didn't even know Gemma was there. She captured the moments that we really wanted.

We also really loved the sneak peaks that she shared a few weeks before we got the actual pictures.

I know I am biased as my wife and I think we got the BEST wedding photographer.. but that's genuinely how we feel. We could not recommend Gemma highly enough.

If you are looking for natural photos, efficient organised photos (you know the ones with all the aunts and uncles) and what feels like a wedding guest moving unseen amongst the other guests but taking the best photos then look no further.

We also used her second photographer option too to capture the getting ready pictures which we would suggest too. She worked so well with the second photographer and the videographer.

Gemma photographed our wedding and was absolutely amazing; we would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a photographer. Right from the start she was brilliant, with good communication and a really helpful initial meeting on zoom. The engagement shoot was so helpful as it was a chance for us to get to know her and get used to being in front of the camera. We went from feeling nervous and awkward being photographed to feeling much more comfortable, and we had a great time as well.
On the wedding day Gemma was fantastic. She was organised, friendly and professional. She took beautiful photos, enabling us to get all the pictures that we wanted plus lots of others. It rained all day, so Gemma went and found places where we could take photos outside but under shelter. Despite the rain, we had a great day and have wonderful memories of it thanks to Gemma’s photography.
In short- Gemma is a lovely person, an excellent photographer and exactly the person that you want to be at your wedding and to have capturing those beautiful moments for you to look back on.

And carried out silly requests -like avoid 1 side because of hair dropping and for some specific style pictures (sparklers anyone?)

Wow what can I say Gemma was amazing as our wedding photographer. Our wedding was in July this year. We chose Gemma to document the whole thing. She was amazing - let me explain
So, from the moment we approached Gemma, she gave off the impression that she professional, punctual, responsive and overall, a really nice lass.
In the prep to the wedding, Gemma was spot on, she wasn’t overbearing, nor was she shy. She was there when we needed her for the preshoot, and was very forgiving when we changed the dates due to crappy weather.
Gemma offered us an extra photographer as an option - an what an excellent offer it was. So many more photos were captured and it wasn’t put forth in a way that made you feel like you were being forced.
The wedding came around rather quickly. And from the word go, Gemma was there, without making you feel like she was - if that makes sense. She blended into the background and just captured the whole thing seamlessly.
The most amazing pictures were taken, and we are forever grateful for that.
After the wedding, Gemma took no time whatsoever to edit the photos and get them too us.

We were quite nervous for our engagement shoot as we’d never had anything like it before, we needn’t have worried, she immediately put us at ease. We could pick our location and a selection of dates and the shoot was fun from the outset. The photos we received after were brilliant and we knew then that we’d booked the right person for our wedding.

On the wedding day itself Gemma came to my house first to take photos of us getting ready and then went to the hotel to capture some pictures of my husband nervously waiting! We hardly noticed her there at the ceremony as she was so discrete, from beginning to end she was utterly professional and didn’t leave until she’d made sure we had all the shots we wanted.

I wholeheartedly recommend Gemma for any photo shoot from lifestyle to Wedding, and any professional shots we want in the future will be through her, she’s thorough, sensitive to the clients needs, very reasonable and you really get a lot for your money.

Gemma was a fantastic part of our Pre-Wedding, Wedding, and Reception, producing fantastic photos that we will cherish forever. Despite the pandemic forcing us to re-arrange pretty much everything, Gemma was always communicative and flexible, and everything went perfect. Both my Husband and I hadn't been in a professional photo shoot before, but Gemma put us both at ease, and was great with our Guests. We're so happy with her service, we even have gifted our Maid of Honour for a family photoshoot with Gemma as a thank you. We'll definitely be using Gemma in the future!

The pre wedding photo shoot was amazing as Gemma really took the time to get to know us and what we wanted- the quality of them photographs really put our minds at rest that the wedding photos would be natural and amazing!
The wedding day couldn’t have ran any smoother with Gemma, she mucked in with preparation in the morning, took the most natural wonderful photographs- I don’t even remember hardly seeing Gemma on the day she was invisible but taking the best photos.
Turnaround for prints were quick & we loved sitting back, looking at the photos are re living the day.
As I started by saying… PERFECTION! Highly recommend!
