Wedding Photographers in Halifax

Jason is a brilliant photographer- he captures moments as if they are memories - we are so grateful for his photos as we get to revisit moments we might not of experienced or remembered in the manic proceedings of the day. He is like a fly on the wall, never even realise he is there unless and when you want him to be. But every moment captured. We are so grateful for his work and dedication to our special day - he made it feel easy and we felt like we had another friend there, and in safe hands. Highly recommend

We are so happy that we chose Nicola for our wedding photography. Her natural, documentary style of photography captured those special moments from our day wonderfully, and we loved that we didn’t have to do any weird poses or anything that didn’t feel like ‘us’. Right from our first meeting, Nicola was friendly, genuine and made us feel comfortable. She responded quickly to any questions we asked and her process for organising the day was seamless, with minimal fuss. We couldn’t be happier with our photos and Nicola got them back to us with a super quick turn around too! If you’re considering Nicola for your wedding, definitely go for it!

We booked Matt for our wedding I was apprehensive at first as Matt had just started out in the wedding industry. I then decided to book an engagement shoot with Matt to get an idea on how we like the photos and how we felt around him, well all I can say is straight away it felt like we was around family, we felt so relaxed! And then the photos came through the next day and WOW! I couldn't believe how amazing they turned out. A year before our wedding we got some bad news so we planned a 'fake' wedding day and had to have Matt capture it, he captured everything I asked for and even though it was a very hard day he still made the day special. Let's say after this I was obsessed with Matt taking pictures of us... I then booked another photoshoot (graffiti) oh and once again the photos were just AMAZING!!! And the day went so quick because all we did was laugh! Then comes our wedding day the day we have all been waiting for.. Matt turned up early doors to capture myself and bridesmaids getting ready and you couldn't tell he was there, the day was just amazing and you can see that in the photos Matt captured, I recieved my photos around 4 week after the day and I cried... cried with happiness they were so much better than I could imagine! He captured natural and posed shots, so many family and friend photos which everyone will cherish. The day after the wedding family and friends were complimenting how brilliant he really was. I have blown up around 10 photos and have them in poster sized frames around my house.. they are just the best! I have plans for the future for Matt to capture. If you are looking for a wedding photographer or just a photographer in general then Matt is your guy!

Lindsay has photographed every big occasion for my family from our engagement through to my daughters 1st birthday. She is absolutely fantastic at her job and always makes us all feel comfortable whether in a natural surrounding or studio set up. She has always listened to our requests and followed through with exactly what we've wanted. Whatever life event happens next, there's no one else I would ask to capture it, Lindsay is the first and only choice.

I'm normally really nervous to have my photo taken but Niall really but myself and my husband at ease. Laid back and easy going but ready to jump in and help with anything at a moments notice. WE LOVE THE STOP MOTION FILMS. I've never seen one before but I'm so glad I got one for my wedding. It really brought everything alive.
