We are thrilled with our wedding photography. James Anthony beautifully captured our day in Romanmotier, Switzerland, capturing shots of our most intimate, emotional, and funny moments. He made us feel comfortable, confident, and essential, taking a lot of editorial and reportage images that fully document our day. The photos have a fashion-meets-documentary quality, which was precisely what we were looking for. James has a skill for blending into the background whilst working, meaning he can get the most important and real moments, which are essential for any wedding day. James was brilliant all day, and booking James was always our intention; we were getting married in Shropshire and then having our wedding breakfast at Weston Park in Weston Under Lizard Shropshire. From the beginning of the bride preparation and right through until after the first dance, the feeling of not having to worry about how we looked.

We both felt quite conscious about how we would feel in front of the camera, but we didn't need to worry as James, and his team made sure we looked relaxed in our pictures. The photographers were not evident during the day, and we were surprised at how many pictures they captured.

James and his team did an absolutely phenomenal job with both our pre-wedding shoot and our wedding day photos. James and his team flew over with us to Marbella for three days capturing the very best moments from our days.

We love the memories captured and we have both days to look back on and remember all of our friends and relatives who made it over to Spain to see us get married- he captured both events beautifully. James managed to get us a set of low-resolution images which we used on our social media and allowed us to make cards to say thank you, his turnaround time is seriously fast and impressive!

Leading up to the wedding, we began scouting for the best photographers. We had been spying on James's work for nearly a year, watching his social media and his website. We were looking for a photographer who could interpret our style, which we loved and very similar to Helmut Newton's work.


Our initial consultation with James was easy, relaxed, flowing, enthusiastic, visionary, and innovative compared to other photographers we had contact with. His direction of how the day would progress was well organised and concise, so there wasn't a need to be in constant communication. We felt utterly relaxed and assured that we were in safe hands and would be looked after to achieve our desired wedding style. It is an absolute saving grace for someone who's arranging a wedding. The fact that James could interpret precisely what we needed and not just fit a package price to us. Our service was bespoke to us but kept within the guide price offered, which was the top collection James offered


We were very nervous on our wedding day, but we're confident we were in safe hands. A knock at our door at our hotel room in London, and standing there, ready to begin the day with our bridal preparations, Were James and his team for the day, who are highly skilled and dynamic photographers. James appeared in my room early morning like a pleasant zephyr amidst absolute chaos. Hair, makeup, seven bridesmaids, daughter, sisters, parents, grandparents, and extended family, as you can imagine, everyone wants in on the action. James was flitting between my room and my husband-to-be's room, where he was being fed the obligatory morning preparation shots.

Great! I laugh about it all now, but on the day, his operation was run with precision, passion and, of course, with a very relaxed vibe, so everyone felt comfortable throughout the day. James also helped to enthuse me and enabled me to enjoy my day even though I was so tired. His enthusiasm kept us all going until late into the evening. My anticipation of seeing the pictures was exhilarating, and it was super as James would preview some of the shots throughout the day to keep me relaxed in the knowledge that all was looking great.

James and his team did a great job directing a huge group of people who needed to be guided to help us get the best from his time. It was a privilege to have James document our wedding day entirely after following their critically acclaimed editorial work. Seeing him in action at our wedding was fabulous. Our brief for James was to focus on glamour, with some staged, some cameo, a little vintage and of course, the London Rock'n'Roll Chic. The wedding coverage was well executed and arranged! and it is safe to say that
every one of our guests and us looked like a million dollars and was exactly what we had envisioned.
