If you’re thinking about booking any other than Jamie Ellis Photography , then stop right there! Jamie is a bona fide 5 star professional. From an initial zoom conversation, through face to face meeting, until the final presentation of the pictures, he was brilliant.
On the day of the wedding, he arrived early to do his preparations and some reconnaissance . Jamie stayed much later than we’d expected too. He was very professional but thoroughly friendly throughout the day. We barely noticed he was there at times, as he took his shots candidly, to capture the most natural of moments. When we had the prearranged shots, he was serenely calm with everyone too.
We can’t recommend him highly enough!

If we could give six stars we would! Jamie Ellis is not only an incredibly talented photographer, he is also a lovely guy whose attention to detail is second to none. We got married very quickly (16 weeks from start to finish) due to the deterioration of my mother's dementia and from the start Jamie made us feel comfortable (we are not lovers of having our picture taken), he was sensitive to our situation and his pictures have captured moments we will cherish for a life time. Above all of this, the way Jamie chatted to my mum, and helped her when she became distressed was truly beautiful to see and he went above and beyond to get the best possible pictures. Jamie was there from 9.30am to around 10.30pm and he didn't stop. When we were all preoccupied enjoying the most special day of our lives, Jamie was off looking around the grounds for the perfect photo opportunities, places with the best lighting and specific areas of the grounds which could produce some astonishingly beautiful pictures. We would recommend Jamie without a second thought and we hope to see his name nominated for many photography awards in the future. We are so grateful for everything Jamie Ellis! Thank you!

Jamie was amazing. From our first meeting with him to our big day he went above and beyond for us. The photographs we have received are incredible and really captured our day perfectly. Jamie even drove back to get my bouquet as I forgot it for some of the pictures. If you’re looking for someone to work with you and really capture the feel of your special day look no further! Jamie was without a doubt the best decision we made. Made us feel at ease from the initial chat and the pre-wedding shoot was a great idea for us to get comfortable in front of a camera. We barely noticed Jamie on the day but from the previews he was always hiding in the perfect spot. Jamie photographed our wedding and he was absolutely fantastic! Couldn't have asked for a better and more professional photographer for it. The quality of his work is truly incredible. He captured some very special moments we simply won't forget!

All of our guests commented on how he was "everywhere and nowhere at the same time", he was always in the right place to capture a moment but was never intrusive so all our photos felt completely natural.

Where do I even start. From the get go Jamie was just incredible!!
Email communication and then zoom calls and a face to face meeting meant keeping in touch and explaining what we wanted and what was important to us was so easy. Extremely reasonably priced and transparent in pricing, no back and forth or filling in forms...all the info was there on his website along with portfolio of pictures to view.
Jamie was very easy to get along with and put us at ease as we were worried about being photographed as it felt unnatural to us. On our day, Jamie was literally amazing, I can't even explain how good he was. He put me at ease when he could see I was nervous and guided me on individual bridal shots as well as the dress reveal to my bridesmaids and mother in law etc

He was amazing with our 2 girls and allowed them to get involved with taking some pictures on his camera and helping him hold my veil near the camera for an artistic shot. This helped the girls be at ease around him too and they were so happy to be helping with such a big part of the day!

The pictures we have had back are fantastic and everything we could have wished for and more.
Jamie took waaaay more shots than we'd discussed and for that I'm so thankful, he was keeping an eye on the weather so we could get out into the grounds for some good shots in between showers, and genuinely went above and beyond. He stayed so much longer than he should have done and so had the longest day ever. But honestly I can't recommend this photographer enough!

Genuinely didn't even realise he was there but somehow he was everywhere! His presence on the day was fantastic and very chilled, got on with everyone and worked bloody hard!! Our pictures are absolutely incredible and we love them so much, thankyou so so much Jamie!

Jamie went over and above. He created lots of amazing moments for us during the day which he has captured for a lifetime. He knew just how to capture the emotions of the day with both the formal and fun parts of the day.

He was so wonderful with my son, niece and nephew when it came to taking photos of them by some magic that must be Jamie managed to get them to smile and stand where they were suppose to be, I would highly highly recommend Jamie to anyone who is looking for a photographer! I was delighted when Jamie was able to attend my daughters, low key wedding. She has never had a need to be the centre of attention and was somewhat overwhelmed by the thought of having a photographer present for more than a few snaps !
Well Jamie took the time to meet us before the day, discuss what she and her fiancé would be comfortable with for their wedding day. Jamie arrived early, clicking away at the venue, ceremony room , cake and guests as they arrived. A constant click in the background then some formal wedding photos at the marriage ceremony and agreed wedding group photos. Jamie was passionate about taking some great family photos of my daughter, husband and children despite her unease of being the centre of attention, down to Jamie’s approach it became clear , what my daughter initially asked for was clearly not what she wanted on the day! Jamie’s enthusiasm was infectious and the day whizzed by click by click as their special day was captured 😘 Well Jamie took many many priceless memory photographs , many make us laugh as they capture real humorous moments in time, as well as the more formal shots“.

James shot our wedding day and was amazing from the first point of contact! We had 2 meet ups prior to our wedding day with lots of communication in between. I really felt like James spent the time to get to know us as a couple. He was fantastic on our wedding day and all our guests commented on how amazing he was.
