We have been married for three years now and Joel was the photographer for our wedding. A pre-covid wedding with 200 people which probably was not an easy task. We can not sing his praises highly enough. It is still a joy to look back at all the memories captured of our special day. They are beautiful photos, with a mixture of formal photos and photos where a great moment was just captured. We really can not fault him.
Professional. Easy going. Hard working. Everything we asked for was fulfilled and more.

I hired Joel for a covid wedding of 15. My day was a magical whirlwind, and it’s one that I won’t ever be able to share fully with anyone. There were people at my 15 person wedding that weren’t in a single photo. I have never felt more beautiful yet there were photos of me making terrible faces, pulling hair out of my mouth, and so many pictures of shoes. In fairness the day was hectic, however, it doesn’t excuse the lack of photos or the poor quality of many of them. Most looked as if a high quality iPhone could stand back and take a photo from a distance. There was no intimacy, personality or magic in the photos but awkward moments, and hardly any photos of the people who mattered. Also my dress was covered by my bouquet in every photo, and I was never directed to put it down or move it. I’m devastated by the state of my photos and I will be hiring elsewhere for new wedding portraits. It’s a shame the day won’t ever be able to be fully captured.
