  Excellent!

  We couldn't have asked for more friendly and helpful photographers (James and Hannah photographed our day). From initial email to the wedding day, James has been very professional, yet friendly and very helpful. He didn't keep pulling us away for photo shoots as we only wanted a few specific photos and the rest candid shots. Both James and Hannah were discreet and blended with the guests. We have only seen a few sneak peaks and they are amazing! Can't wait to see the rest! Thanks so much James and Hannah! :)

  Absolutely made our day

  James and his sidekick Ed (we had the all night long package with 2 photographers) were amazing. Lots of options to chose from, we had a random bunch of natural shots and portraits.
  We were recommended by another photographer to James - we were glad we were as we got on well with him from the start.
  They both made us feel very comfortable on our big day, our family loved them, they were so professional and the night shots they took on our wedding night you wouldn’t have thought was possible with the cloudy weather. The photo booth which came with our package went down a storm as well. We had hundreds if not nearly a thousand photos come back within a week, some beautiful photos in there which we will put in a photo album.
  Thanks James and Ed for everything, we wouldn’t have chosen anyone else.

  Brilliant!

  James and Ed were a brilliant pairing. Both were incredibly approachable, welcoming and kind and provided amazing photos from our wedding. The pre-wedding shoot with James was also a great idea to get comfortable with the camera and the post-wedding album meeting very valuable. Highly recommended! Thank you.

From our initial enquiry, to help during covid postponements and to creating our wedding album James and Hannah have been great. Our wedding photos are incredible, they capture the day perfectly and help us to remember it in such a lovely way. 100% recommend James Ireland for your wedding photographer.

  Fabulous Photographer

  James was a great addition to our wedding team, not only is he friendly and very professional he produces a great photo. He did his upmost to make everyone feel very comfortable in front of the camera, which is always helpful.

  Simply Amazing

  I don’t even know where to start, James was amazing from the moment we met, he listened to what we wanted & made us feel completely at ease. The pre-wedding photoshoot was brilliant & a great way to get to know each other before the big day.
  Unfortunately our wedding was postponed twice due to Covid but James was amazing, he was sympathetic & understanding even when the situation would have been causing himself issues!
  James is relaxed but progressional & brilliant at making you feel at ease, he knew exactly what we wanted our captured our day beautifully.
  I honestly can’t recommend James enough!

  All round fantastic wedding photographer

  You spend a lot of time with your photographer on your wedding day so it's important to make sure you pick a photographer you feel comfortable with. From the moment we met James, he was so accommodating and friendly - a real pleasure to be around. I'd highly recommend having the engagement shoot as it's a great opportunity to get to know each other before the wedding and a chance to feel a little more comfortable in front of the camera before the big day.
  
  We also had to move our wedding due to Covid and we were so pleased when James had availability for the new date and he was incredibly flexible in moving the date and making sure we were not out of pocket. On the day, he worked seamlessly with the staff at the venue to make sure everything went to plan and to capture the best photos possible!
  
  We loved looking through the online gallery he curated for us a few weeks after the wedding with hundreds of pictures we were able to share with all the guests to view and download. We've just had a wedding album meeting with him and can't wait to get our hands on the album.
  
  I'd highly recommend James and you know you'll be in good hands from wedding prep right through until getting your album created.

  Fantastic photography service

  Even with a few postponements due to covid, the communication and execution of our wedding photography from James and his team was absolutely perfect. They really did go above and beyond for us, and helped make our day as special as it deserved to be. James has a very candid style with a focus on beautiful and natural shots which helped capture every emotion in full. Couldnt recommend more!
