One of the first things people confirm for their weddings is the venue…not us. Ours was ensuring we could book Ladybirds the venue and date would need to fit around him! We knew from looking through his photos online he was had the perfect style for us!

Prior to our wedding we had spoken to Eftal and told him a few ideas we'd had for photos and he was so enthusiastic about everything, nothing was too much trouble. He was friendly and approachable with any questions we had and we knew it was all in safe hands.

Getting married in November was always a tough ask on the weather and as the heavens opened Eftal looked at me and said it's your choice?! When I said lets go for it it's only rain his face lit up, you can see the passion for what he does and he is eager to ensure you make the most of your day and get the best pictures. So the 3 of us went and embraced the rain. We spent a few hours out in the Lake District up and down mountains, out on the jetty, running through puddles and it was one of the best parts of our day. Eftal made us both feel at ease in front of the camera, he made us laugh from start to finish. He really does go the extra mile to ensure he gets the most stunning shots.

Receiving our photos back was like reliving the whole day again, they were more amazing than we could have dreamed of. Eftal captured everything I'd asked for without me even having to think about it.

Our wedding day was perfect and Eftal was a huge part of that! Thank you for capturing our day perfectly we will never get bored of looking at our stunning photos.

Ladybirds Photography was the first thing we chose after booking our elopement wedding. We knew instantly this was the photographer for us. Aside from being insanely talented, Eftal is just the nicest most genuine guy. His passion and enthusiasm is infectious, we had the most incredible afternoon with him and felt like we were getting photographed by an old friend. We chatted, we laughed, the hours flew by. It was all so comfortable and natural and our preview shots are BREATHTAKING!!! Don’t be fooled his laid back demeanour, this guy is on fire when he’s in action! He’s constantly capturing and creating non-stop, even when he’s just chatting away. I don’t know if I’m the only bride who actually wanted it to rain, blue skies and sunshine isn’t my vibe. I wanted all the drama of dark and gloomy and moody skies and when I explained this to Eftal he could not have been more excited. The weather could not have been more perfect on the day. Future brides to be, don’t be scared of the weather, magic happens regardless! Cannot recommend Eftal enough, he has given us precious memories that will last forever. I knew that I wanted Eftal to photograph my wedding before the venue was even booked. It was a decision that we certainly do not regret. Eftal really went above and beyond at our wedding, making sure everything ran smoothly and even doing things like helping to button my dress. We felt uncomfortable about the photos but Eftal really put us at ease and they turned out to be INCREDIBLE. The previews that came after the wedding were amazing and we now have the full gallery. It was so hard to choose favourites for our album as there were so many lovely photos. The day was captured perfectly and gave us wonderful memories to look back on. I would absolutely recommend Eftal to anybody, he is incredibly talented and our guests were talking about how good he was after the wedding but even more so now after they have seen the photos. Choosing a photographer to capture one of the best days of your life is no small task but honestly look no further than Eftal.. his work is sensational! From the moment Eftal arrived on the morning of our wedding he kept us all laughing and feeling relaxed. He guided us on how we could get the best out of our shots and he made it feel natural the entire time. Wow. Eftal truly puts his heart and soul into each and every photo. We were both really nervous about this aspect of the wedding- spending hours infront of a camera, feeling embarrassed and tense- but it was the most fun, heart warming experience and we wish we could do it all over again. We felt instantly at ease and the guests loved him too. He's kind, patient and has such a creative vision, going for the natural and scenic shots.

We fell in love with his photos and style on first viewing when we booked the wedding and knew he would make our wedding look spectacular, by capturing all the intimate moments. We were right. But also so wrong a he surpassed our expectations in every single way. Stunning.

Eftal is not just your average wedding photographer. He goes above and beyond for his clients. He spent hours in the rain with us getting the best shots. Every single one is perfect and the joy we felt on the day is evident throughout. He was super helpful in the run-up to the wedding and especially on the day.

The photography for our wedding was always one of the absolute priorities. I scoured websites, wedding fayres and friends’ photos, looking at 50+ photographers and slowly working up a dream shortlist. Eftal was top of that list from the beginning and we were delighted that he was not only available for our big day but prepared to travel to a venue he’d never been to before. His style is just wonderful; so warm and magical, capturing the most perfect moments between couples and their guests.

On the day, Eftal was everywhere yet he just blended into the wedding; we barely noticed he was there which was perfect for me, a very awkward bride not used to having her photos taken. (Another tip; get the engagement/pre wedding shoot from Eftal if you can, this definitely helped me!). We were on the brink of a global pandemic, we were nervous and stressed but Eftal was that perfect combination of professional and friendly - everything you want and need in a supplier!

The weather on our wedding day was challenging all day - we had grey skies, followed by an almighty storm which lasted well into the night. I insisted we try to capture some outdoor shots and Eftal was resourceful and in control when I felt all was lost - he offered advice, rallied us and made us laugh when we were all outside shivering and soaking wet! A true rockstar photographer who felt like a friend by the end of the day. The resulting images are stunning, we cannot believe in the midst of some of the worst weather I’ve ever known that he managed to achieve such beautiful photos which perfectly summarise a wild day in the Lake District. Thank you Eftal for having such an eye for the most beautiful shots, for your endless patience and creativity, and for memories we will never forget.

We really wanted to get married with mountains and water as our backdrop and the Lake District is such a beautiful location. However with the unpredictable weather and the importance to me of our wedding photos I knew we needed someone that could handle whatever the day threw at us. I saw Eftals photos and was instantly in love. He makes moody skies and miserable weather breath takingly beautiful and magical at the same time. We were getting married in the Winter and rather than this now being a problem for our photos it was even more exciting for getting some incredible shots as the day went from light to dark. He completely utilised any area of the venue in ways that didn’t come to light until you saw the finished photo. Not only are his photos captivating but he was a complete asset to the day. He moved the day along, he managed the party telling who to go where and what to do next. He was completely in control of the entire group and day. In himself he is a fond memory from the day. I barely know where to start with his photos as there are so many that really mean so much to us and not enough space on our walls to give them the size they deserve!! From the first time we met Eftal back in November 2017 at a wedding fair at Abbey House we knew that we didn't want anyone else to photograph our wedding. Abbey House is a very special place to me and my husband, Scott as it is the place were we got engaged and we knew after looking through Eftal's albums and having a chat with him that he would capture our day the way we wanted and leave us with the most amazing memories to take away from such a special place. From then on Eftal was extremely helpful and answered every email we ever sent. Eftal was fantastic during the build up to the wedding with letting us know what would happen on the day. We really didn't have to worry about anything at all. On the day of our wedding, Eftal was amazing! He was professional at all times and brought lots of laughs and fun to the time we spent away from our guests. He made us feel very relaxed throughout which was very important to us. Alot of our guests have said what a lovely man Eftal was and how talented he really is and we couldn't agree more. We are unbelievably happy with our wedding photos, they have exceeded our expectations! We cannot thank Eftal enough for leaving us with the most amazing photos to remember the best day of our lives. Me and my husband booked ladybirds for our wedding. Eftal did an outstanding job on our photos. He captured the emotion and romance on our special day. I would highly recommend him if your looking for the best. Wish we were still there.

Eftal was professional and easy going from the start and I knew from the minute we spoke that he was the right person for us, he put me and Craig to ease from the get go. The pictures are amazing and the album is outstanding too. I couldn't recommend Eftal enough honestly!
