It was an absolute pleasure having Andy & Mike do our photography for our wedding. It was genuinely like having a couple of our best mates taking our pictures. They went above and beyond anything that I could have expected. I dont think ive ever laughed so much and felt more comfortable having my photos taken. They even managed to get my 10 yr old daughter to join the pictures, which is no small feet in itself. The professionalism is out of this world, Andy even went on a run to the supermarket for me when we couldn't find my 3 yr olds dummy. Nothing was too much for them and they were more than happy to take any extra pictures for our guests. They are excellent at lurking and blending in to the background for those all important kandid pics. Unlike a lot of places they dont boss you around and tell you how and where to stand and what faces to pull. They just bring out the natural stars in us all. I've just received our sneak peeks and OMG im in love with them all. So do yourselves a favour and book all your photography needs with these guys. I promise you wont regret it.

From our first meeting we knew we would get on great with Andy and have a great day. We had a fantastic engagement photoshoot which gave us an idea of what was going to work on our day.

Finding the right photographers can feel like a daunting experience for your big day, however right from the very start we felt reassured when speaking to Andy and Mike about exactly what we wanted. We made an appointment with them at the studio and felt very welcome on our arrival. Their knowledge and experience for what to expect gave us plenty of opportunity to discuss what we wanted and how to best approach it. Their professionalism leading up to the day and during was rivalled only by their sense of humour which made everyone feel comfortable and relaxed around them. It takes a special character to seamlessly blend into the day like they did but they really did get on so well with everyone, even so that we kept getting asked for their details from couples.
From making us laugh, to helping pin the flowers to the jackets, to giving advice and basically helping guide the groom through the day (to name a few of the wonderful things they did for us), we couldn't have wished for a better duo to be a part of our special day.

They were so professional and helpful on the days leading up to the wedding. Their calm manner made us feel so relaxed on the day. They came early doors to get getting ready pics and stayed well into the the evening do. They took every shot we asked for and had so many beautiful ideas of their own which just turned out so amazing we are so thankful!
Neither of us are big picture people but their made us feel so at ease we just had the best time with them!

We had Andy, Mike and Sam photograph and video our wedding in June and I honestly don't think we could have chosen better people to do it. LW studios were amazing photographers at our wedding in York. They were very communicative before the day, and we were able to agree any specific photos we wanted in advance. On our wedding day they were so helpful and went above and beyond helping the groomsmen to put on their buttonholes. Our photos turned out just the way we wanted as well, with lots of photos of us as well as the guests, something which is facilitated by the fact there were two photographers. We will treasure these photos forever, so thank you very much to the team at LW Studios!

Mike and Andy from the start have been awesome to deal with. Funny. Relaxed and went out of their way to make sure our wedding day was one to remember. We had the full day package with the Photo Booth. They arrived while we were getting ready and and other than the staged photos we asked for I didn’t really notice them most of the day. That sounds awful but honestly I didn’t know we were getting photographed most of the time which is exactly what we wanted. When we got the photos through I was so pleased that they had captured the feel of the day and we had such amazing candid shots of us and our guests. They also captured the venue too. The Photo Booth was a huge hit and we used print outs of these to put in our thank you cards. They both had great tips through the day from telling my bridesmaids to hold a little piece of their dress under the bouquets to avoid tripping if they were nervous through to how best to use the loo in a long wedding dress! They even went and sourced pins for our button holes as the florist had left with them. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better pair of photographers.

I booked Andy from LW Studios fairly last minute as I had been scammed by my previous photographer.
As you can imagine I was very wary of booking another photographer but Andy was amazing and could not have been more helpful and friendly. He allayed all of my fears and reassured me.
On the day Andy and his team blended in and took hundreds of amazing photographs capturing the essence of the day perfectly.
Lots of fun, natural candid photos and I think they managed to capture every guest for us to treasure.
I cannot recommend these guys enough. From start to finish they were professional and just what you want on your big day.

Andy, Mike and Georgia were so lovely and just made the atmosphere great. From the moment they come in the room they just fitted in making us laugh telling us funny stories it just made it so relaxed and happy from start to finish. We have had a sneak peak of some photos and video clip that I am so excited to see all the footage now. Andy and Georgia where so amazing! Leading up the wedding Andy was great for answering questions, helping out with all sorts and advising us. On the day they where great, we honestly felt like they where our friends and we chatted with them through out the day and just felt so comfortable. The photos are lovely! We are litteraly beaming all day and they have captured it so well in the photos and definitely contributed to our joy. They went above and beyond proving things such as a framed picture for our friends to sign. We are really looking forward to catching up and getting our albums sorted with them! We used the photobooth photos as wedding favour and sent them out to all our guest and they loved them! They got great candid photos honestly can’t fault them!
