Have nothing good to say about Leigh being my wedding photographer. Had no contact from Leigh since hiring her to be my photographer until a couple of weeks before my wedding day and that was due to myself contacting her (not a great start). Her email states that from the beginning you are family and she will make contact with you several times and make this a stress free experience however, no contact was made at all from her. I was surprised she actually turned up on the day. Leigh told me several times that she would up load the photo’s (unedited) several times which did not happen and when asked she said ‘oh it was date weekend’ and I had two extra weddings I had to do but I will do them tonight and that never happened. Eventually got to see the photo’s and they were dark, shadows over them, same pictures repeated several times and overall not the best quality even after being supposedly edited (which only some you could tell had been). Was told I could chose which pictures I wanted for my wedding book and she would do it that night and send them off to me. Nearly 2 weeks later and no book, when asked when it would arrive I was then informed that she would do it that night and gad to wait for another bride to pick her photo’s. When I asked what another brides pictures had to do woth mine she then said she had only got out of hospital, which again she had informed me this happened almost 2 weeks prior to this conversation. when it arrived it had majority of the pictures different to what I had picked. When asked why Leigh stated that the pictures I had picked would not come out the best in the book (could have edited them to make this not an issue) but instead of informing me off this and letting me pick out different pictures she went and picked them for me leaving me upset and disappointed. This whole experience has ledt me upset and frustrated on what should have been an exciting and memorable time. Can not go back and re-do my photo’s and wish I had paid more for a different photographer. Highly recommend not hiring Leigh for your special day.
