We hired Fiona for our wedding at Pembroke Lodge in June 2024 and would recommend her without hesitation to anyone looking for a photgrapher! From our initial conversation with her over Zoom we knew we would be in good hands. Fiona was courteous, responsive and organised in the run-up to the day itself and took time to really understand our requirements and timings on the day. On the day, Fiona was simply first-rate - personable, humorous and (crually for a wedding) efficient! She worked with guests brilliantly to capture group photos whilst giving us time to relax and enjoy the day itself, and really put us at ease for the photos of just the two of us away from guests.

And most importantly, we are absolutely thrilled with the quality of the photos. Fiona has captured big moments and small ones, as well as the beautful scenery and gardens of the venue, and the colours, lighting and framing in the photos are all wonderful. Fiona photographed our wedding. From the first email I knew that she was the one to photograph our special day, and we were so happy we found her! Besides being very professional, she was really friendly and just down to earth and easy to get on with, which made photographing two people who hate having their photographs taken actually turn out great. As a photographer myself it was a big must for me to have the photos right, so if you’re looking for someone to capture your day and all the special moments that bring life and soul to your wedding (or any event!) then Fiona is your lady. We are a very non fussy couple and really wanted natural but good quality photo's that captured the little moments of the day. Working in graphics & media, I am naturally very picky when it comes to photography so it took a while searching through a number of wedding photographers but when we came across Fiona's website, i instantly loved her style and knew she had to be our photographer! It's a decision that we haven't regretted at all.

On the actual wedding day, Fiona became an unofficial bridesmaid to me, she helped us to figure out how to hook up my train, chased hotel staff when i needed an ironing board & helped to move guests into the church when i turned up half an hour early! She never got in the way or pressured us into any formal shots that we hadn't already planned for. She was happy to work with suggestions and let my friends pull her to the side for extra photos. Our plans changed several times and Fiona handled it like a pro, quickly adapting to suit our needs & make us feel comfortable.

It's clear that Fiona judges the best shots as the wedding happens around her, never once did it feel like we we're just another wedding with a standard photo list to check through. We have come away with hundreds of photo's full of laughter and joy that shows the craziness of our family & friends, whilst still getting the family group shots. Her personality shines through her photos - warm, funny & understands what moments really matter throughout your big day. Our photo's are amazing and we would recommend her to anybody in a heartbeat!

Fiona was a great discovery. As two quiet geeks who weren’t seeking a whole lot of fuss, she was a perfect fit for us. We combined the wedding photography with the engagement session and were so thrilled with the results. She kept us relaxed and laughing during both sessions, and has a fantastic eye for light, texture, settings and unique shots to try out, just for fun.
