We couldn't be happier choosing Kirsten to photograph our wedding weekend! From our initial phone conversation discussing the look & feel (classic, editorial, not staged or forced) to reviewing a shot list and the big day itself, Kirsten was a dream to work with. She was with us the entire weekend, starting with our welcome party & a gorgeous photoshoot of me and my husband-to-be on the quaint streets of Marylebone where we were immediately put at ease. On the wedding day itself, we had to pivot because of rain and she was excellent suggesting alternate shots while still getting all the coverage. From the finished products, you'd think this was all part of the plan from the start. And the candid shots! My goodness, they're simply stunning. We'll cherish these photos forever and couldn't be more grateful for Kirsten being there to document our special day.

Kirsten photographed our wedding in Bordeaux this year and we are so so thrilled we were able to work with her. She was so organised on the day and was able to help us when we didn’t know what we were doing. Neither of us love posing for photos but Kirsten made it so easy and for the most part I didn’t know my photo was being taken. So many of our guests told us how fab she was and how fun she was! AND THE PHOTOS 😍😍😍 we were completely blow away by the amount of incredible photos she captured that day - they really did capture the emotion/energy of the day. Going through them was like reliving the day over again. We gave Kirsten a rough idea / brief of what we were looking for and she totally smashed it!! Some editorial and some incredible candid shots. I love how Kirsten’s photos don’t look overly edited and know when we looking back in the years to come we will be able to remember that is exactly how the day looked and felt. Truly so grateful to have been able to have Kirsten photograph the day! I wouldn’t want anyone else!! 🤍🤍🤍

We looked at a number of local wedding photographers but their shots fell a bit flat for us - they just looked like pictures of 'people' on a half-decent camera. My sister had used Kirsten for her wedding, and I loved the soft intimacy of her getting ready shots, the vibrant sense of excitement in her ceremony photos, and the quiet joy of the reception pictures. We are very happy with how Kirsten captured our day.

I knew how important a good photographer would be and spent a long time researching! We chose the wonderful Kirsten at Mavric Photography. I loved Kirsten’s style of photography – her work is bold, colourful and full of emotion. Kirsten was a joy to have around on the day and I felt immediately comfortable with her. In fact, my sister just got married (3 years after me) and I made sure she used Kirsten too and she couldn't have been happier with the beautiful photos.

Photography was easily the most important thing to me and my husband when we got married, and we completely lucked out with Kirsten. We couldn't have been happier with the photos, and the little surprises she threw into our 'reveal box' with prints and USB stick. Kirsten is an amazing wedding photographer and produces the most elegant, stylish and relaxed photographs. Throughout our wedding she captured the true spirit of the day in a totally unubtrusive, calm but fun loving way. Many of the photos we didn’t even realise she had taken, as she was like another of our guests. We didn’t even have to wait 24 hours after our wedding before she had sent us several images from the day to enjoy. When the final photos were ready, they arrived in the most gorgeous packaging. We are so grateful to have had her document our special day and would not hesitate in the slightest to reccomend her. She is so attentive and you can tell she loves what she does by the superior quality of her photos.

She slotted in amongst the crowd perfectly, you wouldn't even know she was there! She was quick and efficient with the staged photographs too so we didn't miss too much of our cocktail hour! The images she produced were so natural and she really captured the mood of the day. She presented the pictures in a beautiful box filled with other little treats which made it all so special to receive them and relive the memories. I would thoroughly recommend her! I have heard many horror stories about other people's wedding photographers, so go with Kirsten and get perfect pictures and memories!

My husband and I entrusted her with our wedding photos and we are so pleased with them! "Oh my God, that's gorgeous! When did she take that?!" We said that again and again when we first saw Kirsten's photographs of our wedding. She can certainly steer the room when necessary and she swiftly and expertly shepherded family and friends through the more formal shots (even the more opinionated subjects were deftly charmed into or out of position as needed). It appears she was ever-present yet unobtrusive - we were totally at ease with her in our space even at the most intimate and emotional moments. But then there were the more vérité shots where she perfectly captured the mood, the emotion, the relationships and the people unseen as she moved through the room. And then there were the photos that documented the decor, the settings, the arrangements and the lighting as she somehow got there ahead of everyone when you were convinced she'd had to have been in two places at once. Our only regret was that we were so at ease after having spoken to her on the phone that we didn't find the time to sit down and talk to her or even meet her before the ceremony. Nonetheless she just parachuted in like an absolute trooper and did flawless work! We can't imagine how it could have improved her work in our case but it would have undoubtedly put her at a little more ease - please accept our apologies for that, Kirsten! We are so happy and proud of the albums she put together for us, which we have come back to again and again, and we still well-up at the showreel. We wholeheartedly recommend her and her work to you.
