We met rapid image at the national wedding fair and straight away knew they were the right photographer/videographers for our day. They were laid back but on it at the same time.

On the day they exceeded expectations, they were so calm, friendly, blended into the background, and had some fantastic creative ideas for our shots.

Our guests were commenting on how lovely the team were and we are so glad they were apart of our big day.

These guys were absolutely incredible. From when we first booked them they were so willing to help and be completely flexible when we changed the date of our wedding. They blended into the background and were brilliant to have there. We haven't had our video yet but I am so excited to see it and I know it will be great when we do. They guys were so much fun and genuinely the highlight of our wedding. Since we got back our friends and family have not stopped talking about how much fun they were! The wedding of Jilly and Sabin consisted of many restrictions regarding the venue. However, Jack and his team were extremely co-operative. From the moment we booked them, they remained in contact with us, even after the wedding; they stayed in touch with us, and let us know what was going on. Several occasion, they acted beyond expectation. Daniel, the photographer, with his wonderful personality, made the bride and groom feel calm and at ease. Daniel certainly has an eye like no other to see in an artistic way; you can see this in pictures the way sees the light, shadow, and geometry in the simplest spaces is remarkable. Whereas, Jack's creativity in editing the videos according to the likeness of the bride and groom, and with the restriction they had, produced a wedding highlight and DVD, which all our family LOVE and still enjoy watching. On the day of the wedding, when Jack and Daniel arrived, they were incredibly friendly. We had over 450 guests at the wedding, most of our guest who interacted with the Jack and Daniel, enjoyed the company and stated that their personalities certainly were one of the key highlights of the wedding. Our customs and traditions were different compared the marriage which they have previously assisted, Jack and his team have beautifully captured the moments and cooperative and supportive! Im a bit late writing my review but i got married on the 3rd September and used Rapid Image for videography and they were just absolutely amazing! Both of the guys, jack and i cant remember the other guys name, were both so incredibly friendly we didn't even notice they were there most of the time which was nice as i was a bit worried about being on film. Anyone considering getting a videographer for their wedding i would say its an absolute must as pictures are nice yes but its also nice to see people moving and talking especially those elderly relatives that may not be around too much longer and you must must must book Rapid Image! They went above and beyond to make our video absolutely perfect before sending it out to us we were very fussy and they were so patient with us and so kind i cannot recommend them enough! Such a great company thank you so much again for capturing our day on film i have watched the video over and over i cant get enough of it and this is something i can have forever. You guys are just the best i cant thank you enough!! :):)

We had the brilliant videographers Jack and Dan film our wedding on New Years Eve 2016. They we so helpful and kept in contact during the build up to our wedding. On the big day you wouldn't have known they were there yet they managed to capture everything and all the hilarious dancing wedding guests tend to do ha ha! Would recommend to any bride and groom searching for a videographer. Plus the DVD is so well presented, a lovely surprise - thank you guys xxx

Just a quick review of the amazing service Rapid Image UK have provided us for our wedding. I cannot begin to thank these guys enough for the fab job they have done on both our highlights and full wedding video. On our wedding day the guys videoing our day blended in but we're discrete and didn't get on the way of guests (which has happened with other videographers at weddings I've been to!) and remained professional at all times. The finish products have blown us away. The editing and musicality is outstanding and captures the days emotions beautifully. Our friends and family have both giggled and been in tears watching it which just shows how the emotions of the day come across so well in the video. We originally weren't thinking of having a video for our wedding, both for financial reasons and the fact we are a bit self conscious on camera but it was the best decision we made! For anyone on the fence about having their wedding video'd do it! Rapid image are affordable and provide amazing finished results which capture the day the way that photos can't do on their own. Dan and Jack were amazing from start to finish. They were always on the other end of the line (well computer!) answering my questions before the big day! On the day they arrived in good time, Jack even came to introduce himself before making his way to the Church. Dan stayed with us and I couldn't have felt more at ease. Myself and my husband hate our picture being taken and hate being filmed and neither of these were an issue on the day because Dan and Jack were more like friends than suppliers! Dan spent longer than he should have with us without me realising and didn't once mention it either. We have had the drafts back of our pictures and videos and they are absolutely amazing. I would recommend these guys 1000000% to anyone. Words can't describe how happy we are with the service! Thank you again Dan and Jack!

Jack and Dan were absolutely fantastic from beginning to end. Jack always went out of his way to come and meet my husnand and I if we had any queries before our wedding. I was always quite sceptical about having a video as I get very camera shy and hate hearing my voice on film, and you hear that old cliche "you won't notice us there" which I thought yeah right, but my god you didn't notice at all! Every single bit was captured of our wedding, and all the bits my husband and I did not see, with all the guests arriving, peoples expressions during the ceremony and speeches, the picture was the most fantastic quality! And all the messages had Jack and Dan got from our family were just amazing! They both really got involved with everyone there and were so personable! And all the music that we gave them to add into the video just fits perfectly! I cannot recommend Rapid Images highly enough! My wife and I weren't planning on having a videographer but decided to get one fairly last minute and we have to say it was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. Jack was superb and we really appreciated his patience and attention to detail not only with the lead up to the day but also following the wedding. It really shows his excellence in customer service that he was attentive after the wedding as to the lead up. The footage itself was fantastic and we were over the moon with the quality of the footage as well as his team on the day who were discreet and polite to our guests.
