Hi! My name is Megan Valerie and I am a wedding photographer located in North Wales.

Growing up, I was completely fascinated with old family photos. Whether I knew the people in them or not, I would get lost in the emotions and imagine the story behind each one. So when I was given the opportunity to learn to use a camera at the age of ten, I knew I had to learn the art of capturing special moments and transforming them into everlasting images, to be cherished for generations to come.

I believe your wedding day deserves nothing less than extraordinary photographs to capture your most magical memories. With my passion, skill and dedication, I will go to every length to ensure that every precious moment is beautifully preserved, allowing you to relive the love, joy and emotions for a lifetime and beyond.

What does the wedding package include?

Packages can include: * Up to 12 hours’ coverage * A free engagement session * A bespoke wedding album, designed by me * High quality prints * A personalised USB box * An online gallery for 6 months

How far in advance should I contact you?

I'm taking both last-minute weddings for 2023, and far-in-advance bookings right up to Summer 2025! I would reach out as soon as possible, but even if your wedding is next week, don't hesitate to ask!

Do you cover more than one wedding a day?

Can you travel?

Yes, north Wales & Cheshire mainly but willing to travel anywhere in the UK!

What is the charge for travelling?

There is no cost for travel within North Wales (Anglesey, Gwynedd, Conwy, Flintshire) and Cheshire counties. Any miles travelled outside of these counties are charged at 45p per mile

What kind of technology do you use?

Digital

Do you use a specific technique or innovative approach?

My work is about 85% candid to capture the true story of the day. I aim to provide my clients with the best images whilst still allowing them to enjoy their day and even occasionally forget I'm there!

What kind of equipment do you use?

I currently work with a mirrorless Sony A7iii; it works amazingly in low-light, perfect for allowing me to capture natural light in darker venues whilst still maintaining high quality!

Do you offer any tool to display the photos online?

Yes, i provide my clients with online galleries to share amongst family and friends for the first 6 months following their wedding date

What's the delivery time for a photographic report?

2 months

Having Megan photograph our wedding was just like having another friend join us, which made the experience all that more relaxing and enjoyable. Many of our friends and family commented that "Megan is a photography ninja"!

Megan was able to capture all of the details of our wedding, the things we didn't think of, the angles we didn't see, the smiles and laughter all captured in memories to last a lifetime.

My Wife and I can't think of doing much worse than posing for photographs, but Megan completely put us at ease on both occasions and made the experience feel as natural as possible. She went above and beyond in meeting and planning with us, making us feel comfortable and being such a discreet yet important part of our day. I know that my wife particularly appreciated Megan's friendliness and calm nature during the bridal prep, which made her feel so much more comfortable and relaxed.

Megan is friendly, professional, responsive and returned our fully edited galleries in the flashiest of flashes. We cannot thank Megan enough for doing such a good job at capturing our memories and we will both truly miss the pleasure of working with her.

We would be delighted to use Megan's photography skills again in the future and would gladly recommend her to anyone.
