What does the wedding package include?

Full day coverage including preparations, ceremony, formal photos, speeches, first dance & evening celebrations. Online album to showcase images. Pre-wedding meeting & engagement shoots also available

How far in advance should I contact you?

This all depends on my availability. I can book weddings up to a year in advance. If dates are clear, I'm more than happy to book last minute weddings and events

Do you cover more than one wedding a day?

No

Can you travel?

Yes, east of England, Midlands & London including in fee. Happy to cover anywhere in UK if additional travel costs are covered

What is the charge for travelling?

This is usually covered within my fee. If I need to book accommodation, this will need to be discussed with the client

What kind of technology do you use?

Digital

Do you use a specific technique or innovative approach?

I really enjoy finding fun & unique areas of venues to make your images memorable. Most of my photographs are of natural moments and I generate journalistic images to tell a story of your big day!

What kind of equipment do you use?

Camera - Sony A7ii A variety of lenses. Flash for evening / reception photographs. Tripod. Portable lighting in case venue lighting is challenging

Do you offer any tool to display the photos online?

Yes, all images will be displayed on my website which can be shared with other guests. This can be made public or private (accessible via password) All images can also be downloaded to own device

What's the delivery time for a photographic report?

4 months

Do you send all the photos taken?

No

Do you work alone or do you have a team of professionals?

Alone

In case of unforeseen circumstances, do you have a replacement photographer?

Yes

Do you have the rights to publish the wedding photos?

Yes

Do you charge per hour or per event?

Per event

If needed, would you be able to work extra hours?

Yes

How do you charge extra time?

My timings are always a rough guide and so I'm happy to be a little flexible. I usually start charging £100 per hour

What are the forms of payment?

I will send an invoice with the final contract and payment is to be made via bank transfer. Payments can be made in instalments as long as the final balance is paid weeks prior to the wedding date

How do you work?

During the big moments such as ceremony & speeches, I will be subtle, capturing natural and candid moments. I will also mingle with guests in order to document all attending
